I am incredibly disappointed. I pre-ordered my food through the app. When I got there, there was a worker outside taking the trash and she gave me the DIRTIEST look. Not sure why. The little girl at the window didn't even look at me. No eye contact, no greeting to let me know my food would be right out. She just restocked items near the window, completely ignoring my presence. I wanted Hot sauce and the app had been stupid and wouldn't let me add it. I saw her putting things in the bag through the window and thought" ok maybe she's giving me different ones. Sometimes instead of asking, they just give me a few of everything". I guess that's what I get for assuming. I get home to NONE sauce. I've been a loyal Taco Bell lover for over 20 years and have never NOT been asked which hot sauce I wanted. When she handed me the bag she didn't even look at me. I'm naturally a half person, so my time wasn't grumpy or anything. I'm grateful to have someone else make my food for me. Anyway, I know I should have checked the bag before I left the window. Which is also ridiculous. This is not a difficult position in the workforce. Add to that, my food was cold. I only live 2-3 minutes from this location. I get that it's a holiday and that maybe you don't want to be working. Get a different job then. I'm extremely disappointed in Taco Bell's standards and management over the last few years. Quality standards of customer service have just completely disappeared...
Read moreI am not happy having to write this review, but we have tried calling multiple times, on more than one day, and no one ever answers the phone. I work in customer service and it should be taken seriously even if it's fast food. My mom and I came here Saturday night around 10:30pm, wanting something quick and easy. A lady took our order through the drive thru- We ordered a grande meal 5 burritos and 5 tacos, 2 taco supremes and a chalupa. Take into consideration it was windy this evening.. I pull up to the window, the gentlemen who I assume was the manager, repeated the order back and was incorrect- he read back grande meal 5 tacos 5 burritos, 2 burritos supreme and a chalupa. I let him know it was 2 taco supremes not burritos supremes. He looked at me with a blank stare, did not say anything to me and yells out to the girl making our food( who I am assuming took our order) " it is 2 taco supremes, not 2 burrito supremes".The girl yells out with attitude as if I was the one in the wrong.. and the gentlemen says i understand that, consoling her, then looks at me and says we have been having a long night! I let it go knowing they having been having a "rough night" as I am told this at the window. We wait patiently and get home and we are missing our chalupa. we tried calling and nobody answered.
I understand we all have "bad days" but poor customer service is...
Read moreWhoever was working the night shift last night, June 6th around midnight.. Thank you for my food! I ordered 3 things that I always order and I am pretty used to the quality that I receive however the food I got last night was the quality I wish I always received when I buy Taco Bell. 💯
The meat servings were plentiful, the garnishing was fresh the food looked like it was prepared and cooked from my order. The temperature, the presentation, the taste.. My burrito and quesadilla were delicious and the best part, I didn’t have a stomach ache after so I KNOW the food was handled well!!!
I know fast food is literally that. However when temperature, food handling and cleanliness protocols are followed, you can taste that in the quality.
My guilty pleasure is that I love Taco Bell. The quality is 50/50 therefore I get sick from it half the time. But if every employee could prepare the food the way my food was last night, I genuinely believe Taco Bell would do much better and people would enjoy it more without...
