After a recent visit to this Wendy's location, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. When I requested a refund and asked for my receipt to file a complaint, an employee rudely told me to "** off." The manager, Chong, then refused to give me my receipt after unnecessarily delaying my order. The wait time was unacceptable, causing my Spicy Chicken sandwich and other items to arrive cold and stale.
I used to work at another Wendy's location where they would inform customers of delays, unlike this one. The manager's manipulation in withholding my receipt until my order was ready was unacceptable. Upon contacting Trinn, who apologized on behalf of the store, I was met with further disrespect.
Employees were using inappropriate language, including dropping the F-bomb, in the store. I maintained a polite demeanor and simply wanted my receipt and refund, both of which were being denied to me. Trinn seemed to dismiss my concerns and accused me of being a bad person - unacceptable behavior from someone in customer service.
This experience was one of the worst I have ever encountered. Wendy's customer service and management should never condone the use of vulgar language, especially in front of customers. As a customer trying to help my disabled uncle with his lunch needs, I was met with hostility and disrespect.
I believe Trinn and Manager Chong are complicit in this unprofessional behavior. This lack of honesty and respect at Wendy's has driven me to not return to this franchise. If managers cannot handle a customer complaint without resorting to foul language, it reflects poorly on the overall integrity of the establishment. I just have to say I've never been treated so disrespectful I ordered almost a $30 order they messed it up I do not live in town I don't have time to turn back around for their mistakes. They told me because I didn't have the food that they couldn't give me any credit or any type of discount or anything for missing up the food. The manager that I spoke to was very mean and disrespectful the district manager didn't even have the respect to come to me and talk to me. They didn't want to Discount anything for me I have been a long time customer of theirs never had a problem before and this problem arrives and this is the last time I will go there I will drive up to Burger King even though I do not like Burger King to order food because Wendy's is not getting any of my money anymore I spent $30 on food that was trash that was made wrong that could have got us very very sick cuz we were allergic to food allergies and they care two cents about that and that really breaks my heart. Read moreI've had to drop the stars, lately the drive thru has been terrible, they don't put the order into the machine so when it comes time for you to be next they've forgotten things like no ice, condiments, etc. And it's not just one time, it's been like the past half dozen times. On top of that the food, the chili in particular feels like they've been reusing for days. Incredibly awful. Probably going to stop going or find another one in town since this one has steadily gone downhill over the past two months, I will say the tall guy with the deep voice in drive thru was almost always on it, now I cringe when it's the others, because it's been so wrong lately.
The woman working the drive thru is always very nice, she greets well, and also wishes a wonderful day at the end. It amazing to see that society hasnt totally killed being polite and kind yet. Have not dine inside but would highly recommend the drive thru, its not as quick as other places, but they make the food to order so you cant expect that, 10 out of 10 so far! Keep it up!
