All right, let me start by saying that I stopped at the Alcoa Highway location earlier this day and I got a chicken quesadilla and a regular nacho fry I only waited what seemed to be like 2 to 3 minutes and everything was hot and fresh I mean, let me tell you the fries were crisp and hot to the tongue Absolutely five stars all the way across the board. Now let’s talk about this location.. I pulled up to the speaker. Someone answered the wrong speaker, but quickly figured out that it was the wrong speaker. It was a little woman. She was extremely polite and courteous all the way through this ordering, even when I returned to bring back the warm soggy nacho fries that I ordered this time, but I ordered them with a steak quesadilla. Now there was a mail working in the store with her which is who brought me my bag and I believe he is the one that is preparing this foods so my assumption is that he has made way too many fries way too soon when everyone knows that fries should be made to order. Maybe you drop it down a little extra, but this is late night here you don’t really drop down late night for us. Cook them to order. I don’t know anyone who would complain about having to wait for them to finish cooking. It’s about four minutes at most restaurants so as I pulled up, I did notice another vehicle leaving so it was like all right. Maybe they took the reprise were just sitting there and not paying attention to the timer so I wasn’t really upset because my steak quesadilla which was really really hot. My nacho cheese was really really hot, but the fries were a bummer and I really pulled up for the fries. So I get the new order of fries and I fill them. They’re slightly warmer and their crisp so I was like OK. I popped one in and the inside is cool. I just shook my head and said I will just do a Google review like that’s two out of three I’m not going back a third And I sincerely mean that I will not go back to this location and order food for myself...
Read moreI am writing a review to let people know I was treated like less than a person one on the 4th of July and I couldn't believe the way I was treated there through the drive thru but it was horrible 4th of July to say the least and then omw home I stopped to get food for my daughter the lady said I have to download an app to order and I had 10 min it was 12:10 when I pulled thru there I seen they were open until 1 confused I pulled around downloaded the app when I went through to ask for assistance the lady said no were not taking orders unless doordash or Uber eats ONLY so my 5 year old was a mess and the lady was completely rude unprofessional and lied and then would let me speak to a superior. The next day I called and did speak with the GM she told me the lady did lie to me in fact I had until 1 am to order thru the drive through and she would make it right later I never went back because I figured she probably wouldn't be around , it would be a huge deal to get the meal we ordered that night. I give the GM 5 stars for being considerate,compassionate, and honest with me. As for the lady working there she needs another job working with customers is not looking...

After I said what was wrong, the (black lady- she wouldn’t tell me her name) immediately saids to me, well I wasn’t the one that made your order! Are you kidding! I don’t care who made my order, I would just like it fixed. Then she said I better not snatch the food from her ever again. I didn’t snatch the food. I grabbed it being upset with how she talked me. Then I asked for a receipt and she closed the window on me and said that I couldn’t get one because i am definitely calling corporate. Then I sat there blew my horn and they would not come to the window at all!!! How dare they treat a customer like this for no reason!!!
