We were quoted 45 mins for A TABLE. my family is of the larger persuasion. We fat, lol, and we had to wait over an hour to walk up to a half booth half table. On top of that, the table / booth only had 3 seats and was missing a chair for me to sit. The host said, " Oh, I don't know if we have another chair, sir.".. I littery stood at the table for 5 minutes while she half-heartedly looked for a folding chair for me to sit on. THEN, after I finally got a seat, the server proceeded to run around for (and yes, I counted) another 4 minutes, not greating our table or do so much as a " Hi I'll be with you in a minute "before we could order drinks. (No offer of a bar drink or appetizer). THEN, when we got the only drink we were to get, she set it down on the table using her hand and fingers on top of the rim of the glass GROSS. THEN the salad I ordered didn't have the correct dressing on it, and when I told the server, she didn't even try to fix the problem with my dressing. THEN, WHEN our food finally got to the table, not 1 out of 4 steaks was cooked to the correct temperature. I'm not kidding. 0 out of 4 were correct. They were blue rare, and mine was just about well done.. THEN my brother-in-law asked the server that finally showed up for some steak sauce to eat his meal with and was told, " Um, I think we are out. I'll check." .......she never came back to our table. THEN, my wife, who never complains, is sitting at our table with a grossly under cooked steak that was nothing but grissle not eating. I mean, I couldn't cut into it even with the scratched up and ragged steak knife we were given. THEN, at this point, one would expect a manager to come by and do a table check.....lol yeah, right. That little slip of paper, the host sticks to your table, and many more went un touched that night. So let's look at the facts of the $60 plus meal we waited over an hour to be sat in the wrong type of table for. Wrong type of table, horrible timing, and service quality, incorrect food accuracy, 4 out of 4 steaks cooked way off temperature, zero follow through, late non-existent problem resolution. No refills, no manager on the floor. But I tell you what, after the server walked by and saw all of our dishes push away from us, she sure as hell dropped that check and tried to offer more food to mess up, i.e.. dessert quick fast and in a hurry to flip the non prebussed table. Look, I know restaurants get busy. I also know that Texas Roadhouse is supposedly set up to flow at a very high rate. Turn and burn as they call it. But for god's sake in the 47 years of my life working in the food and beverage industry, I have NEVER had or seen so many issues at one time ever with zero follow through. This place went to hell in a hand basket. Won't be back.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have given this location multiple chances and always end up disappointed. Let me give you a relatively short summary of each visit. 1st visit - CALL in a to go order of just two rattlesnake bite orders with extra ranch. Went to go pick it up at the time quoted and ends up waiting 10 minutes past pickup time to receive only one order. Had to order the second one and wait another 40 minutes for just one order of rattlesnake bites. Also forgot the ranches with this order at first. 2nd visit - went to sit down and eat on Fatherās Day at around 8pm. The server kind of joked that heād rather be doing other things than be there. Laughed it off and took our order. We did get everything we ordered at a decent time and cooked correctly, but the server never asked if we needed anything else (we wanted some steak sauce and our table was out of ketchup but he dropped the food and ran off). He never checked on us and never showed up again after we were done with our food. I had to ask another server for to go boxes and paid on the table tablet and left without seeing him again. We also never had a manager come check on us (which if I remember right from working there a while ago, they are supposed to table touch so Iām wondering if management is the reason that this location isnāt the greatest) 3rd visit - placed an online order for snake bites (my pregnancy craving if you canāt tell). Quoted a time and 20 minutes past that time, we finally got it. I immediately dig into it in the car and itās cold.
I have never had so many issues with a Texas roadhouse before and Iām sad to say that Iāll probably make the drive to go to a different location from now on. I always end up leaving frustrated with cold food, bad service, or forgotten items and with the prices that they charge, you would think service and quality would be a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe first time we eat here we all agreed to never go back but someone gave us a gift card so we tried again. Our waiter was great this time and 2/3 entrees were perfect. Based on the same problem both trips I would say that they only know how to cook thin steaks appropriately. We all ordered our steaks medium based on the fact that our last trip everything was seared on the outside but not cooked at all in the inside. My thin rib eye came out medium rare, medallions rare and whatever the thickest steak that my husband ordered was just raw with a slight searing on the outside. Sending it back didn't work out well for us last time and just screws everything up anyway so we decided that I would give my husband half of my food so that he could just eat something and we brought home the raw food in a box to cook properly later at home. Not that big of a deal because the food didn't go to waste. I couldn't really eat anyway because one of the waitresses that kept walking by was doused in patchouli so strong it overpowered all the yummy steakhouse smells. I was also grossed out by the waitress with the bull piercing in her nose. It's just a weird thing I have about nose piercings so it may not bother anyone else. My advice is to only go if you have plenty of time to wait for your steak to get sent back for cooking or don't mind eating raw steak. The patchouli and piercings might only be an issue at this particular location and it may not be something that bothers you so take my experience with a grain of salt. Personally, if I'm going to spend $100 I want the food to come out edible from their kitchen not mine and I want it served by people who don't make me lose...
