Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Aldine

On this pandemic evening, I went to churches to get a three piece meal. however to no avail the Manager Maria said "we just threw everything out" after i asked how are you closed and its not 9pm. She persistently said "we threw everything out" I immediately asked for her name , store number, job title and corporate number. She didn't provide the corporate number. She said "go look it up on the website " found that to be offensive considering her title. safe to say you'd have to get to this location before 830 pm because their throwing product away of a company that im sure could use those profits. Hopefully this isn't company policy if it is .... well let's just hope it isn't fir the sake of...

I went in to order some chicken I drive a long way just because you always have fresh chicken! But the manager is rude all the time! I was waiting for chicken just like another customer she turned around and gave him a free drink for the wait I ask her why she didn’t give me a free drink she said because he’s waiting and I said me to and told her I was a regular customer that drives far and she made a pouting face and clapped and said I am sorry but in Spanish that’s not right you can tell she doesn’t like us but money is all the same color and customer service should be the same she’s not very nice! I received the best customer service at this fast food establishment. Christian was incredibly polite and displayed outstanding manners, responding with "yes, ma'am" and "no, ma'am." Many young people in the industry don’t realize how far these qualities can take them. The food was freshly made and delicious with every bite. I ordered the two-piece spicy chicken with corn, mashed potatoes, and jalapeño bombers. Dora, the manager, ensured the dining area was spotless, and the crew stayed busy cleaning or assisting customers. It was great to see a restaurant running at such a high standard. I would definitely recommend...
