Driving to Birmingham from Bradenton Florida can make a person stir crazy!!!!! So we decided to take a walk because our legs got a little restless......... we stumbled across this Zaxby’s. Well with Covid dining rooms are closed and you have to have a car to go to the drive-through. So I called, the first girl that answered the phone didn’t know I was looking at her through the window. She seemed a little shocked. She definitely didn’t want to take my order definitely didn’t know what to say to me. So she handed the phone to Brianna who took my order is a very nice young lady. She deserves some Recognition for her not being rude. I’m just not taking your order because we weren’t in the car. I had my nephew with us who I was pretty hungry and Brianna save the day! The service was horrible! The girl that was working behind the counter was rude and rolling her eyes! Called in my order and was told it would be ready by the time we got there and it wasn't!!! Was told the computer was not working! The girl behind the counter couldn't take our order because she was to busy talking to other people and had to repeat it over and over to her! Everything we ask her she rolled her eyes are pop off to us! Ask for the manger and we had to wait! The food was cold and hard! Worst restaurant I've ever been to. We drove 40 minutes and we won't be back. They messed up the order, TWICE. No apology and we finally just ate it since we had two hungry toddlers. Still had to go back up there again for correct sauces and then switch our plates around because everything was mixed up. Ten employees and most standing around. 4 then took a break at the same time. Flies in every window sill. Tables dirty and sticky. Outside has trash in the parking lot and in the grass next to the door. It's too bad you can't give zeros. Wings weren't hot.
