Burger King — Restaurant in Alexander City

This time was somewhat better than the last. Last time the MEAT WAS NOT DONE on my Burgers and to top it off you put MAYONNAISE ON EVERYTHING, after being asked not too. It was too late to go back so we just through it away. That was about a week ago that I had my wife go through your drive thru. So I gave your company another chance; and now I'm beginning to think that it was a huge mistake! I told the shift manager what happened on our last drive thru visit. So I thought maybe this time I would come in and hopefully you would get it right? This time I told the cashier and shift manager make sure the BURGERS ARE DONE, and NO MAYONNAISE on anything I'm buying! Somehow the kitchen still puts MAYONNAISE on my chicken sandwich. There was still a communication problem. Why do you have to put MAYONNAISE on every sandwich? Haven't you heard of individual packets of MAYONNAISE on the side? OR how about having people ask for MAYONNAISE , if they want MAYONNAISE on they're sandwich. Some people have egg allergies or MAYONNAISE just makes them sick! WORK ON GETTING IT RIGHT OR YOUR GONNA LOOSE MY...

I love BK whopper jr's and my hubby love's bacon cheese burger so we stopped and ordered tonight ànd got to window at 1009 pm, we ordered 3 cheese burger and 2 whopper jr's, after paying for that we waited for 10 minutes while 3 cars behind us fdrove out with their food so we were told us to pull forward, at 1039pm a nice young man came out and asked if we had the CHICKEN NUGGET ORDER, well NO WE HAD. AND IT'S OUR 16TH ANNIVERSARY AND ALL I WANT IS A WHOPPER JR I'M JUST HANGRY!! So and I promise, he comes back and asked to see our RECIEPT!! ANOTHER 10 MINUTES LATER WE FINALLY GET OUR FOOD AND NOOOOO NAPKIN'S!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH THIS S#¡+??!!! AND I'M STILL HANGRY BECAUSE I TOOK TIME TO POST THIS!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I SEE BK WITH ADMIRATION I WILL ONLY REMEMBER WHAT WE ONCE HAD!!...

First I would like to say everybody was so nice and friendly . I wish the service matched the food . I ordered 30 dollars worth of food for my self and family . Chicken nugget sat under the heat for at least 30 minute to an hour before given to me . Fries cold , burgers were ok but you can tell they weren’t fresh or recently made … quality of produce just wasn’t it . The only reason I know this is because I worked for Burger King as an assistant a few years back and no the difference. People at this location need to be retrained on how to provide quality food . They have customer service down pack ! I will say this the OCS...
