I ordered two pizzas on the website. "Oscar" sent a message saying he had trouble finding the place. Then less than a minute later, marked the pizza as handed to me. The text message said to contact the driver. I messaged him and he never responded. I tried to call the local store but just got some automated server message like I was trying to call a fax machine. I called corporate and when you press customer service it says they've moved it to an online site feedback.andpizza.com. Guess what it's just a website to leave a how they are doing by rating them. There's no account resolution. You can't contact corporate, the dasher, or the store, and Doordash doesn't track the orders as they stated they just manage it for the storefront location. Basically, this company just robbed me, automated/downsized any sort of resolution system then listed bad contact information. I got robbed and they've removed any functionality for you to get your money back. So, screw the customers. I guess we can leave reviews, and someone will say sorry you have a bad experience, does apologizing make you remove the review? End of the day I hope your company enjoys keeping the money. I'm sure this happens to a lot of people who just give up and that works out for you. Enjoy my $40 and everyone else you did it to.

I just left that night after having to fight the door to open and let me out. Today was the 2nd time the food was less than mid. My Garlic Knots were soaked in butter and super thin, not fluffy like other locations. What's up with &pizza? They've gone downhill. The food and experience used to be great. Now, every location serves up poor customer service and low quality pies and knots. I asked for a replacement credit or a refund and all I received was a generic auto-statement that they're sorry about my experience. &pizza must be struggling because they are in the business of just taking the money and running. They no longer focus on quality and customer experience. That was when the food was great. I don't know if the owner is a bad boss or &pizza stopped valuing their staff. It has a quick service model which is perfect when you have hungry children. There's seating inside and the restrooms are clean which is a plus.
Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. Shawnta and her team know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority.
The pizza's are customized to your taste. Great topping selections to pick from. The pizza's are long instead of round like at similar restaurants. This is great for the kids who want to share. I noticed their work stations were clean and fully stocked.
