Burger King — Restaurant in Alexandria

I came there today around 3:00 -ish and I ordered a Whopper with bacon and cheese on it. Large fry and a large surge with light ice. I didn't think I would need my receipt so I denied my receipt. so my fries were really hot. It literally came out of the fryers. I could definitely tell that, but they didn't even salt it at all. The fries were good. They were hot At least. the sandwich unfortunately was really cold and the person that was cooking the sandwich made the sandwich wrong. I used to work for Burger King and I was still remember the build. I don't understand how pickles come before bacon I used to be literally place meat cheese bacon then I would put your 4 pickles on the sandwich so u can cover the meat like a square and then you put three rings of ketchup and then three things of onion rings on top, but it seems like here recently with the new owners. I guess whoever runs a place. They're not teaching the people the right way. I'm not trying to be rude but why would you give out a cold sandwich with hot fries? I understand about speed of service and you got to have it under 2 minutes and 30 seconds. That what it use to be back in the 2009. Even though I was really slow they were really fast and they still got the food out really quick which is a good thing. So I gave you guys props about that. And if u were in my shoes. U probably be upset. If ur food was cold. At least this location is very nice not like the Hebron location they have problems making fresh food even when I ask it too much for them. Just ate here at 12 p.m. today. The gentlemen bringing us up looked higher than a kite. The receipt says Kayla but I don't think that was his name. His name tag was smeared so I couldn't get his name from that. They asked for our name so they could call for his once or food was ready. We went to go get our for drinks but there is no ice. Then we went to go put straws in our drinks but there was no straws. Then about five minutes later we look back up and there's a tray of food sitting on the counter with no one around it. I walk up and ask if it's my food to be told I don't know. It just so happened to be everything that I ordered so I assumed that it was ours and took it. As we took our time and ate our food I watched two more couples come in and order their food. One of their orders supposably somehow got lost so the whole entire time we ate their food was never made. The other couple finally got their food but they didn't call their name either so they came over and sat down next to me and said gee I hope this is our food because no one said anything. The restaurant may look good with the remodel but the workers they have in there are an absolute joke. This restaurant's going to go downhill just as fast as it did before it got remodeled.

HORRIBLE!!!!! Drive through in dark in car ; Got 2 plain double cheeseburgers, 1 large fry, large coke, 1 med onion ring, 4 p chicken nuggets at 10:48pm… $14.68 . I had to pull up to wait for my food for about 5 min, the guy threw the bag in my car pretty much and said thanks and left and before I finished looking through the bag to make sure it was all there I look back they turned every light off and locked the doors therefor I couldn’t go back if something was wrong … WHICH EVERYTHING WAS !!!! My large Fries we’re cold (ice), my onion rings were so hard I almost chipped a tooth bitting into them, my chick nuggets “were chicken turds” I was about to bite and I pressed my fingers and some juicy mustard/cream came ozzing out and they was disgusting looking !
