I'm disgusted with the phone call I just got from my 21 year old pregnant cousin. Her boyfriend pulled into here to meet her for lunch while waiting on her he ran next door to ask a question at the mechanic shop. When he returned their car was blocked in by someone in a pickup who said they were the owner and he wanted $150.00 to let her leave. For 1 you have no right to block a vehicle in even on private property and hold someone against their will. 2. You held her against her will causing her to have a panic attack which induces her seizures which could have negative effects on her pregnancy. I'm disgusted at how you handled the situation. The fact that you pretty much kidnapped her is insane.

IF YOU DID IT THE RIGHT WAY AND CALLED A TOW TRUCK AND THEY CAME AND LEGALLY TOOK THE CAR AT YOUR REQUEST THAT WOULDVE BEEN A DIFFRENT STORY. ONCE I RETURN TO TOWN I WOULD LIKE TO SIT DOWN AND DISCUSS PRIVATE PROPERTY TOWING REGULATIONS WITH YOU VS GOING THE LEGAL ROUTE. This whole situation was handled poorly and maybe I could educate you on the matter so you don't end up in jail and a lawsuit....

From the moment I walked in, they ignored me, my husband and our toddler. Someone walked in after us and they got attended first. They saw us and looked at us several times and no one came to us until 10 minutes later. There were 3 servers and two tables (2 and 3 people) that were already there and had already ordered, so they were not busy. Ok, bad start, but we looked past it. Next our food got to us and we didn’t get silverware. We asked 3 people and they finally brought some out 5 minutes later. Our server with the red hair knew we didn’t have silverware and was not busy, but she made no attempt to get them. She never checked on us. The cook is the only one that asked if everything was ok, to which I informed him that I told my server that my pancakes were burnt. He went back and looked and apologized and admitted that they were “hockey pucks”. They were supposedly re making them, but I finished my food and never got my pancakes. The server was not good, she literally only came to us to take our order and never talked to us again unless we waved her down. I got the feeling that they profiled us, but we are great tippers and never complain, but this was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Stay away...

Well, it was ok. When we first walked in we were not even greeted with the hello and we sat down and waited for about 5 minutes for one of the three young ladies to come over and ask us if we knew what we wanted to order. So I ordered the spare time burger without a tomato which is sort of like a big boy. Without sauce. Or a Big Mac? Anyhow, I ordered a side of onion rings and ended up getting onion chips and one onion ring. They must have run out of onion rings because there was only about seven chips and one ring. Never had any conversation with any of the three girls behind the counter. I had to ask three times to get water. The food was okay. Burgers were a little bland no seasoning. I wish I knew that I would have put my own salt and pepper on them. For the value the burger was okay. Onion rings not worth ordering at all. I will have a photograph...
