I usually love KFC, but this store just made my blood boil. Went through the drive-thru and was given the beginning spill of 20$ family deal. There were maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. When we went to reply to that we were then told to wait. We took the time to figure out our order and had waited almost 5 minutes before saying hello to the box to get a response. "I said wait a minute!" Was told in a rude tone. By that point we had another car behind us and they had drove off to park to go inside. We had waited another minute before doing the same, at that point the drive-thru person had ask for the order, but we werent waiting for that. We parked and went inside to find that another couple had been waiting for a catering Cole slaw and had been waiting for a moment before we got in. When we approached the counter to order, we overheard the one of drive-thur employees "bad mouthing" us to another employee, they were by the window for the drive-thru. They said we were the ones who were rude for driving off. The girl taking our order at the register seemed to feel bad for this incident and was very apologetic.We of course made complaints to the girl at the register and the lady who had been behind us in the drive-thru. She had told us that there were multiple times this same thing had happened with the same employee this day. We got our food in a timely manner, it being good quality, and by the time we left the couple who ordered the catering Cole slaw finally received their order.

Read moreWorst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I went there tonight because my disabled son only eats chicken legs so I tried to order some. He can eat 4-5 at a time because he doesn’t eat ANYTHING else no sides or anything. The ladies working would not sell me more than 3 chicken legs no matter how I ordered it no matter if I was willing to pay for 6 meals they WOULD NOT LET ME HAVE MORE THAN 3 chicken legs. Might seem minor but my disabled child won’t eat anything else so it’s a problem and I have two other kids who also want one each. So couldn’t buy for just one kid. So I literally had to drive home and now he won’t eat dinner because I don’t have chicken legs. Also they were soooooo rude and nasty to me about not selling me more than 3 and told me they only have 3 cooked.. so a chicken restaurant famous for the chicken legs only cook 3 at a time? Then told me they didn’t have any cooking either.. and that even if they cooked some it would take 30 minutes. Was just the worst I’ll never go to that KFC again. Ever. Read moreWe had been working all day moving & finally stopped to eat. I drove there & waited my turn at the drive thru. I finally got to the speaker & the guy said to look at the menu & he would be right back(1st lie). I waited so long that I turned off my engine as I was wasting gas for the 2nd time. By the time he got back, i could have memorized the menu. I went to ask a question & was quickly cut off by him saying that they weren't selling ANY bucket meals as they were closing in 1/2 hr(2nd lie). I looked at my clock after driving down the street to Burger King & KFC was to be open for more than 1 hr. There had been a car behind me, but gave up on the wait at KFC. Don't know how their food is, but can tell you that they have extremely lazy employees. Not worth the time to stop as Lord knows if the will have the only thing they sell which is CHICKEN!!! Oh, when I got to Burger King they had to put on more burgers. They apologized for the wait which was not nearly a wait at all.
