Disappointing Experience with Chipotle Restaurant – Unprofessional and Unfair Treatment

I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the way I was treated by Chipotle Restaurant. I had scheduled an appointment with them, yet upon arriving, I was completely ignored. No one approached me, and not a single person bothered to communicate anything to me. I waited with no explanation or acknowledgment.

Then, to add insult to injury, I received an email stating that I was not selected, but with no clarity on what the basis for that decision was. This lack of transparency is completely unreasonable and unprofessional. It’s one thing to be declined, but it’s another to be left hanging with no explanation.

This entire situation is ridiculous, and I want to make it clear that it's certainly not an honor to work with a team that operates in such an unfair and inconsiderate manner.

The food is mostly good but the service is not great. DRIVE THROUGH AWFUL. There’s one female employee (wish I knew her name but I don’t) that I get frequently on the weekends that seems to hold the whole place together. Other times, we go in when they’re open and find one person working the line, and three or four people in the back just chatting.

Portion sizes are hit or miss.

The drive through is terrible. Sometimes I go during my lunch break and it often times ends up eating up half of my break time. I sat behind one car for 10 minutes today because their food wasn’t ready. It would be helpful if they would have these people pull around when their food isn’t ready, so other people don’t have to wait. I would say going inside is easier, but they refuse to use the pickup shelves, so you pretty much still have to wait in line until you can tell them you have a pick up, or look like you’re cutting everyone and walk up to the register.

And sometimes they don’t even acknowledge you right away when you’re in the drive through, so you have to wait 5 minutes just for someone to open the window and...

I live up the road from this chipotle, and they are disappointing every single time. It’s one thing that the staff doesn’t care, could be a management issue (as we all know, management is everything) or it could be that their high school students, don’t really blame them as I don’t remember caring too much about my job when I was in high school. But, to rip people off is another thing. Every time I come into this chipotle, they never provide the right portions and I’m a cheese lover. Which, they always put like 3 strings of cheese on when going through the lane. I always order a bowl and typically I plan on eating half as that is all I can eat and save the rest for lunch the next day. However, they never give you right proportions but will charge you the full amount. Maybe this location should sell to the one in highland heights because I have never had an issue with that location and they know how to act in customer service positions. I will be driving extra to get my meal correct from now on. I suggest not coming to Alexandria, seems they were never able to get it together since...
