From the moment I walked in, the service was genuinely spectacular. Friendly staff, quick seating, and a welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. But the real star? The food. Skyline locations are all over the Cincinnati/ NKY area. This was the first time dining at the Alexandria Kentucky Skyline. The restaurant was clean and had a decent crowd. Our server was friendly but didn't smile. Our food order was turned around rather quickly and brought out to table. We were all shocked to see the portion size of each meals ordered. Compared to the other Skyline locations that I have dined in the portions received at the Alexandria Kentucky location was very disappointing. The black bean and rice 3 way was very small, room temperature and extremely dry. The amount of spaghetti outweighed the toppings. I don't recall ordering a plate of spaghetti. Our favorite Skyline hands down! The food, service, and environment are always great! My 5 year old loves that they offer vanilla soft serve for dessert or a variety of Popsicles with the kids meals. Not just oreos here, like other Skyline restaurants. Service is always super speedy, and the food is always fantastic. My family of four can be in and out of here in 30 mins! Not many sit down restaurants can beat that. We love when we get Logan for our server. He is so so sweet and friendly and always takes wonderful care of us. He checks on us so well, we never seem to need anything. Our drinks are always full, we have plenty of crackers, and we always have more than enough napkins. Best...
