Subway — Restaurant in Alexandria

I put an order in through the Subway app. My husband went to pick it up and they told him they never got an online order. I got dress, went to the store, and had the comfirmation email pulled up. When i said i put in an online order through the app, the lady immediately cut me off telling me i ordered at another store. I showed her the email and asked if this was 7505 Alexandria Pike cause that is where my order was confirmed at. She Immediately tried to hand me someone else's order. I handed it back and told her this was not my order. She said it was. I told her I did not order a cookie, I had a drink and chips and my name is Leslie, not Austin. By this time I am im Karen mode, which i severely dislike doing cause i despise Karens and she is completely upset. She finally makes the order and tries to make me pay for it again! I informed her that I had already paid through the app, showed her the confirmation email again with the payment approval number, and left with my paid order. I ordered a Footlong club double meat. It was horrible. The meat was cut extremely thick. It looked as though they meant to carve it for Thanksgiving. I was really craving a lunch meat sandwich while I was out door-dashing and this did not hit the spot at all. I’ve never seen a subway put this thick of meat on my sandwiches. The first bite I took was a hunk of fat inside the ham which ruined it for me. When I called to inform them the lady told me there was no way because they made perfect sandwiches every time. She asked me to come back and she’d replace it but I live in Independence and was not going to drive 20 minutes back for a sandwich. At least she offered though. However...

Not the best experience. Was kind of uncomfortable while ordering. They had the metal shield up to where I couldn't see the meat and when I tried to look from the side the 2 workers immediately got offended and said you can order from the menu. Me personally I like to see what's going onto my sandwich. I'd like to also add that my cousin has a very specific order being just lettuce and ranch. She's typically afraid to order for herself but when I finally got her too. The guy working with the glasses laughed at her face and asked if that's seriously what she wanted. Rude.
