Taco Bell — Restaurant in Alexandria

Not that you should have high hopes for any Taco Bell but this one is especially terrible. The Florence one is the best one I’ve been to honestly and that says a lot because it’s a Taco Bell. After seeing the commercials, we thought we’d try the breakfast crunchwraps. I ordered the bacon and egg one, while my bf got the sausage one. We checked the food before we left and NEITHER of them had the protein part. It’s in the name! How do you leave out the bacon or sausage?! So, my bf went back in and the guy cooking the food complained. Like bro, make the food properly the first time and you won’t have issues..? It’s not like they were busy at all. No one needed to rush and then evidently forget one of the main ingredients. Though, I think it was more sheer laziness. The manager or whoever was also saying something about how this place was the hardest place to work. If you think working at a Taco Bell is difficult, then don’t become a server anywhere or, for that matter, get a job anywhere else. You’ll probably struggle. Anywho! So, this lady proceeded to remake the food but when we checked it again, my bf’s was missing the hashbrown. FACE PALM Like seriously! You can’t even make a food item that has literally like 4 ingredients. Ridiculous. But then again, it’s Taco Bell, so it should have been expected. I swear it’s a requirement for fast food workers to have exactly 2 brain cells.

I’m new to the area & it’s not often that I get a chance to properly introduce myself & my working dog K9 Zilla,

but in this case it was a mini emergency & although others probably couldn’t tell, but I was realllyyy low on energy & Zii told it me was time to get some food fuel in me FAST.

I’m a Taco Bell ride or die. so of course I had to go to this location because it was literally a few steps away from where I was at.

when I came inside, instantly a chill vibe plus I didn’t even realized that I walked in during $1 medium drink happy hour so that made my day a bit.

I knew the routine so I told my pup to lay down & placed my order at the kiosk 🔥(two soft tacos, Baja blast, nacho fries GANG GANG)🔥& literally in the middle of it, someone calls out behind me & says, “would your pup like some chicken?”

& it took me a second to register that they were talking to me lol, but of course I said yes because that made us feel so welcomed!!!

not even two minutes later our food is out, super hot, lookin’ like a dream & there was my working dogs hot mini bowl of chicken that she waited so patiently for,

for that this Taco Bell is now my favorite location, everyone in the kitchen was super nice to us & idk who made my tacos but DAMN THAT MEAL WAS FIRE 🙌🏽

My husband placed an order for pick up on the Taco Bell app and when he went to pick it up they told him they never got the order. They then told him that it went through as a drive through order (yet there was no bag of food to give). They told him they absolutely could not refund his money. They said they didn't know how to refund it through the app... They said they couldn't take money out of the drawer. He waited over an hour and fifteen minutes for the food becuase they refused to refund him. The order was completely wrong once the order was received and the manager still refused to do anything. I called and asked to speak to a manger and was hung up on. I called again and was told they were to busy for a manger to talk to me. I have never experienced such terrible, rude poor customer service ever! A customer behind my husband was even arguing with the manager on my husband's behalf and yet she still refused to do anything about it. Another customer while my husband was there complained about waiting for 30 mins and their order was still wrong and when they told the manager about it she said ok and she still did nothing and walked away. This was the Taco Bell in Alexandria, Ky.
