Local business owner here. Placed an order at the kiosk. Selected pay at the counter. When I went to the counter I stood there for a very long time some gal asked me what I ordered. I repeated the order to her. It appeared as if she was typing it in then she just left. After a couple of minutes the shift manager Shane approached the counter. He asked me what I ordered. At this point Im annoyed. I repeated the order and he asked me when I ordered it. I said some gal took the order just a bit ago. He saw I was irritated and stated that if I told him I had not payed he could have helped me. I said nobody asked me to pay. Whatever, then he took my payment and refunded me. I thought he was comping me because of the hastle. He walked away after a min or two I figured something was up so I had another employee fetch him. The manager said I was abusing him, which I was annoyed, but not abusing him. I asked what his name was because I was going to contact his supervisor, owner, whoever. he said it was against policy to give me his last name. I got his first name was Shane. Read moreI’m not a person that gets upset about the little things.. But customer service is absolutely horrible these days! Ordered at 9:25am with McDonald’s app, finalized my order and was in the spot for curbside pickup waiting.. waited until after 10 and finally called the store to see what was going on with my $40 purchase and got immediate attitude from Alley rudely stating to me “Well no one was parked there so….” Umm excuse me!? Making it feel like I was in the wrong, and continued to rudely say “well” “well…. WELL WHAT?? Look out the window and see my car parked there and do your job, read the ticket and bring the food!! I didn’t donate $40 or the food ???! So they finally bring me the food, drive all the way home…and half the order is missing!! R u kidding me! The part I’m most upset about is the customer service on the whole thing!! Don’t be RUDE and make the customer feel that they r at fault, apologize and fix the mistake!! Read moreThe drive-thru attendant was not at all friendly. I would talk to her and she literally looked at me and wouldn't respond. I ordered a hot Carmel macchiato and she handed me an iced one. I told her I ordered a hot one and she just looked at me, looked at her screen, then began to make a hor macchiato. There was no "I'm sorry" or "let me fix that for you"... just nothing. I had also ordered 2 sugars with my macchiato, but when she was making the got one, I noticed that she didn't add any sugar. I thought it was no big deal. She could just give me a couple of packs of sugar and I'd do it myself. When she handed me my drink, I asked her if I could get a couple of sugars. She looked at me as if I were being a nuisance and she grabbed a couple of packs of Splenda and gave them to me as if she wanted me to move along.
