We Ordered the beef chow mein and it literally had ZERO noodles in it, I even googled chow mein to make sure I ordered the right thing and yes it’s supposed to come with noodles, it had plenty of bean sprouts though I’m not sure if they were replacing the noodles with these but either way no noodles. The Mongolian chicken was cool it is not Spicy at all even though it’s under the spicy section, the beef in the alleged chow mein was weirdly soft and not really a beef color, the sweet and sour pork was ok. The place is very popular you may have to call a few times on Friday nights to get through, giant portions of everything even the sauces and cookies. Read moreI have been out here for 6 years, and we have struggled to find a Chinese restaurant that we really liked. We decided to try Yin and Yangs for the first time today and we were not disappointed.
We got beef lo mein, Mongolian chicken, beef fried rice, vegetable egg rolls and an order of crab Rangoon. Everything was really good and the portions were huge. I also really liked how the lo mein and Mongolian chicken were filled with a lot of meat and also a good variety of vegetables.

I love the Mongolian beef and any of the fried rice (though the specialty rice with all the proteins in it is my fave) and my husband loves the moo shu beef and the straw mushroom chicken.
