I hope this gets to Domino’s corporate ASAP- 703 S. Atlantic Blvd., Alhambra, CA 91803 needs some serious training. On Saturday, I ordered snacks for my baseball team and after receiving multiple updates on the delivery being successful, Our order never showed up. After calling the store to find out what happened I spoke to a Jessica..she advised me the order was canceled due to the unknown address. I I asked her why I wasn’t notified and she said she called me multiple times And that the driver never went to the address. Even though the tracking was showing live lol Jessica was also speaking very condescending and shouting me up for being concerned. I asked to speak with the general mgr & she stated she was the team manager, the supervisor, the general manager,& Domino’s corporate manager. So I asked her why she was being rude if they made a mistake clearly it was a mistake and she said I don’t know what you’re talking about. The order was canceled immediately. Then a few minutes later I get a message saying your order has been canceled. Another lie- I told her thank you for not helping and being rude. I’ll speak with someone else soon. I called back today, October 16 at 11 AM and spoke to another Employee(male) Who also stated he was the general manager. I told him I didn’t have a good experience on Saturday and I was looking to to speak to the general manager, and I asked him his name and he told me ma’am just because you’re upset with another employee doesn’t mean you have to be upset with me. First off I was being really polite so I hope Domino’s corporate can correct this. This has been such an embarrassing situation for both the Domino’s employee and myself since I was around a lot of people during these phone calls and everybody witnessed condescending and rudeness these Domino’s employees portray for simply being concerned why they messed up on an order. Read moreI ordered a pizza online, which I have done many times with these guys and there is online tracker that tells you exactly the stages the pizza is in when they are making the pizza, which is great! I called on a very busy night and I expected it to be a long wait. It has been over an hour and it still hasn't shown that the pizza was even out of the "Prep" phase. I called this Dominos and right away, "It's on the way." So I was like, this is great! I guess the online tracker isn't accurate. 45 minutes go by and I am wondering why my pizza hasn't been delivered yet since it's only 1.5 miles away. Turns out, it has even been made yet. Once I called again, I finally see the pizza tracker move into the "Baking" phase. I wish they were just honest with me, I could have just cancelled and got something else. Instead I was just waiting there, and it took over two hours to get my ONE pizza. I called again and the person says, "If you want to cancel, I can cancel for you." I mean, at this point, it's been two hours, if I cancel now, then it would just have been two hours wasted. Nonetheless, quite disappointed that they just said whatever they could to keep my order. Read moreOrdered on line and expected a delicious extra pepperoni and extra cheese medium pizza...taking advantage of a special "up to seven free toppings"..did not use the seven but thought... Extra cheese and pepperoni would be great! What I got was a cold regular pizza...no extra cheese or pepperoni to be found. I asked if my order was correct and asked for the extras as I had expected BUT instead the staff argued about the 2.5 ounces of cheese and 5 pepperoni slices already on the pizza. I asked if they could just add more and didn't have to even bake it again and all they responded with was... "It doesn't mean you get seven layers of pepperoni" just being extreme.
