This review is mainly for their dim sum ! Not bad at all and I've had my fair share of dim sum.

the customer service is actually really not bad at all for Asian dim sum place. We arrived at 11 am and was seated immediately and someone came and took our tea order very quickly. They were very kind about my constant need for ice so props to that! Overall, I wouldn't say service is bad at all and they were really attentive and even switching out plates because there were too many bones etc.

the food was very delicious and I have to say I'm impressed. My favorite has to be their steamed yolk custard bun!!! It was flowing so freely once you break open that baby. I have to advise you to NOT bite into it once you see it arrive or you'll definitely burn yourself.

Their chicken feet was also very delicious, steamed to a good texture and not too mushy the sauce is better than most places - "abalone sauce" in the Chinese writing on the menu.

I especially enjoyed their rice rolls - it's quite hard to find a good place that makes a variety of rice rolls including my favorite: the chicken with bitter melon!! (I know, not everyone's favorite)

Overall I would definitely come back. The price is very decent for what it is and every dim sum place is about the same in price in this area.. my only complaint is that the parking is RIDICULOUS so I advise you to come early. They also do a parking type of service which is nice but I would prefer to come here earlier and just...

Ordered Shrimp and Pork Shiu Mai, Chu Zhou Fun Gor, Crispy Eggroll, Deep fried dumpling with mochi, egg custard tart, and Beef Chow Fun. The Shrimp and Pork Shiu Mai were a nice size and a different topping that might be pork floss instead of the usual roe that is on top of the shiu mai. The Chu Zhou Fun Gor were on the smaller side in terms of size, still quite flavorful with a slightly different mix of more seasoned vegetables inside. The Crispy Eggroll were petite, decorated nicely and still very hot and fresh inside. The Deep fried dumpling with mochi was served hot and had a nice sticky exterior to crunch into. The egg custard tarts were on the smaller side too but the egg part of the tart seemed to be more egg custard concentrated than other places. And the Beef Chow Fun was probably the best dish to end with, generous slices of beef inside this well-seasoned noodle dish, a great pick out of all of this. Service was fast, foot traffic through lunch was not very busy, but the two parking area are very tight on space and availability. Interior ambiance is loud, lots of chatter going on so it’s easy to be drowned out by the voices around you. The tablecloths are more like table plastic, it’s some sort of plastic sheet that they overlay, looks nice but a little weird at first sight. Overall, there are other greater options for dimsum, especially with their middling price, this was fine but there was a lot of room for...

My friend has been telling me about the good dim sums of this restaurant. Finally we had a chance to come today for dine in Dim Sum.

We used to come here quite often when we were living in Montery Park long time ago. We hadn’t been here for awhile. The restaurant had changed hands many times then. According to my friend, the dim sums are still very good here.

The restaurant seemed to take all the covid safety measures for dine in. Tables were well spaced out and sanitizer was provided.

After looking over the limited dim sum menu, we decided to try out their steam BBQ pork bun, sticky rice in lotus wrap, steam rice noodle with shrimp, siu mai, and shrimp dumpling.

The verdict on the food: the dim sums were decent, tasty and fresh. All dim sums were steamed to order. The best dish for me was the Siu Mai. The pork was tender and bouncy. The flavor was fantastic. The steam BBQ pork was a bit dry. Over all, for less than $4, it’s a good value for the dim sum and the foods were above average. I would definitely come back to try their dinner as I saw a lot of promotion dea on the dinner menu。

Service was very friendly and efficient. We got our food in less than 5 minutes...

They really need more parking space. That aside, the food was okay. We did our grandma's birthday here. We had the king crab. They cooked it in three different ways with different parts of the king crab. I thought that was awesome. However, the taste was just okay, nothing really special. The service was not bad. Lots of waiters walking around, busy even though the restaurant wasn't that packed. We had to get our own napkins from time to time. We had dim sum here as well. Dim sum was not bad. Most of their food don't taste that salty; However, we do get very thirsty afterwards. I think they used MSG, but not really sure. We did drinked lots of tea while eating, still got thirsty. On grandma's birthday, they did give us free birthday-buns fill with sweets. Their king crab was super expensive! Be sure to ask for the price before ordering it.
