Excellent place to stay; we needed more space for my husband and our adult children; appreciated the king size beds in two bedrooms + two full size ones in third bedroom as well as the two baths; this listing was just what we needed.

Located in a very quiet neighborhood; centrally located for where we needed to go. We flew into Ontario, visited a friend in Riverside, then spent remainder of time in Azusa, Santa Monica, Whittier, and Newport Beach. Great location for what we were there to do. Loved the full kitchen and all the TVs throughout; patio was lovely; also appreciated the washer & dryer (and inclusion of laundry soap and fabric softener).

My co workers and I needed a place to stay for a business trip. We came from San Diego and did not know much about the area. I had questions prior to booking and David and his team was very responsive and helpful. The place was clean and is exactly how it’s described. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. Neighborhood felt safe. Easy access to and from the freeway. All amenities worked. Shower and bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. There’s a designated and labeled covered parking right in the front of the house. We had a big work van and was able to fit in the covered parking area. There’s enough space for another car to park right in the front of the house without blocking the neighbors parking space. No complaints on our end. We rented David’s home in Alhambra while visiting the area with our grandchildren, 17-25, visiting from Germany. The home was spotless and very comfortable. I was a little concerned about parking after being notified by David that street parking required a permit from the city but that there was a public parking lot across the street. Yes, it was directly across the street and we had no issues. The primary bedroom had a king sized bed and the second bedroom had what appeared to be a queen and a full size bed, perfect for the three granddaughters. Two full bathrooms were also great to have. The living room had plenty of comfortable seating and a large screen Roku television set. The kitchen was full equipped with everything required to prepare meals.
