Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Alice

We went there for the 1st time a couple months ago. Service was terrible...bartender wasn't even ready for her shift,very annoyed we were even there. Drinks were the most disgusting thrown together drink ever! (Who as a "bartender" doesn't know how to make a bloody Mary???)...Today we decided to take a second snap at it, thinking hey, everyone has off days. OMG we waited a good 10 min to be seated,asked for the bar nope manager Carlos says, you'll get better service in the reg dinning area🤔 umm ok! We sat waited another 15-20 just for drinks & appetizers. My husband ordered a Texas ranch water (which is on the menu) waitress kept telling us yes we have water! 🫤 Finally got our order but without the shrimp which comes w/the surf & turf. Ordered another drink about 20 minutes later here comes Carlos the manager with our shrimp & no drinks. We told him just bring the check. We pulled up our bill on the tablet at the table. Here's the break down....charged us for 3 ranch waters, a side of shrimp. Of course comes with the meal. Carlos wasnt sure what we got & went to fix the bill bringing back $50 in gift cards begging us to return a 3rd time that his staff has been very sick & he was very sorry. We will never return to that place ever. Giving it the second chance & still worse than the 1st I'm not about to give them...

I ordered online on my way home from work and chose the Two for $25. I had forgotten that it was Valentine's day until I pulled into the packed parking lot. Once inside I noticed many staff members in the kitchen scurrying to get orders ready and the restaurant & bar were full of patrons. The young man that greeted me right away was rushing and said he would look for my order. A young lady came a few minutes later to see if I'd been helped. All in all I waited about ten minutes and then received my order. When I got home and opened the takeout bag I was blown away. Everything was packed well and the food was presented perfectly. The portions were ample and everything was delicious. As busy as they were, the attention to detail and presentation was remarkable and a testament to good a managerial style. Excellent experience - still talking about it two...

I picked up a to-go dinner for my family and I tonight on 7/31/2024. We were served a piece of raw, uncooked breaded chicken that was mixed into our order of loaded fries. Unfortunately we did not notice this until we were nearly done with our side, which my 2 yr old had also consumed. I contacted the restaurant and spoke to a manager about the issue and she offered a refund for the side. Due to current medical conditions I already have significant food aversions and consuming raw/unsanitary food can be VERY RISKY as it is, but especially when you are pregnant. The manager did not appear concerned and said she would relay this to the cooking team. This is absolutely unacceptable and this resolution is a joke. I will be escalating this to the local...
