Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Aliquippa

Really slow service. The email they send out after you order online gives a range of when you should expect your pizza to be complete but in my experience with this location they never deliver or have carry out ready when they say they should.

For example, a large cheese pizza is projected to take 15-25 minutes when you pick it up but actually took 40 minutes for this shop to finish. I really was not happy with this unexpected wait or being ignored by the staff. To me this is the simplest order you can make and for them to take an extra 15 minutes to make it, when I expected to walk in and out with the pizza is inexcusable. Especially because they didn't tell me my order wasn't ready after I identified myself to the cashier, the cashier just disappeared behind the back without a word. The only other employee just discussed orders with the cashier in the back.

An example for the delivery of a pizza, projected as taking between 30-40 minutes didn't arrive until 50 minutes from when the order was placed. It might sound silly but I live less than 5 minutes from the location so if anything I would have expected the order to take less than the projected time not more.

I'm originally from Florida and papa johns is always a go to for me. You can say I'm a regular whereever I go. Here is the first time I had their pizza at this location. The pizza quality is great and to me tastes the same as any other papa johns I've been to and I've traveled alot lately. The service today was really busy when I went which if it's that busy the locals must really love this location. I traveled from Rochester to pick up from here and even though they were busy there wasn't a single person standing around. All were working hard to get everyone's orders completed. The only thing I ask is if maybe another person or two is on shift on a Sunday it may help the back up. Other than that I love the pizza quality and would definitely order from here again....

Okay I’ve been ordering from here a lot. And today I ordered a Sausage and Extra Cheese Large Pizza and a side of Garlic Knots with Pizza Sauce. Well I got my order. The order label says sausage I open it to a pepperoni pizza. And my garlic knots? Well I didn’t get any pizza sauce for that too. How does someone manage to do such a horrible job like that? And at that the pizza arrived so fast that the garlic knot and all it’s grease was spilled all over the boxes. Thanks for trying I guess but I wish the order could of went better.
