McDonald's — Restaurant in Allen Park

Bad experience from top to bottom. Drive through staff is never paying attention. Nobody cares, don't bother going inside because the restaurant is a mess, the staff is dysfunctional and the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. I asked for my bacon to be well done and they under cooked it. I asked if they could make it crispier and they microwaved it until it was black to punish me. I spoke to the manager Brook and she said there wasn't anything she could do. I asked her for a copy of my receipt and she told me they can only produce the original receipt. I told Brook I was going to contact corporate and she put her hand on her hip and laughed in my face and then promptly asked me to leave as I increasingly became frustrated. Not only will I never go to this location, but I will never speak to another McDonalds representative for the rest of my life. Been dining inside last couple months and pretty disgusted with the evening employees thats in charge of keeping the tables clean. Seems every table I sit at either has food on it, ketchup smears or hair all over it. Requested it be cleaned and to my disappointment she cleaned half the table and left the one next to it filthy.

New staff just cant seem to get it together yet. Much longer wait times than it use to be. Manager seems very friendly until you have a complaint regarding her slow service. (Pulled into drive thru and waited and waited before watching3 cars pull into the other lane and proceeding.) Have someone take over rather than make the customer wait the extra 5 minutes. Came here yesterday after vet appointment to get my dog his plain cheeseburger and me dinner. I was asked to move forward. My food ended up at the truck in front of me and I sat there for over 10 min as cars behind me were getting their food. Finally a rainbow haired girl came to me, asked me what I had and went in. She came back out a few minutes later and asked again. She was nice but 2 hamburgers, 1 plain cheeseburger and a med fry is not difficult. Must have been though cuz I ended up with a cheeseburger with ketchup only and two plain hamburgers with nothing on them.
