Dunkin' — Restaurant in Allen Township

The customer service at this location is horrible. I placed an order for $130 worth of food and beverages for a winning breakfast for a contest we held at the local high school. I placed the order on the phone a day before so it would be ready in time when we wanted to pick it up in the morning. She told me it was about $115, so luckily I sent extra money with the student who picked it up since it was $15 more than what she told me. She helped the student carry the bags out to the car. The student told me that she said the boxes of hot chocolate were in the bags that she helped her carry out, but they were not. The student got to the school and realized she didn’t have the boxes of hot chocolate. Dunkin’ called me to let me know she had forgotten them, but students cannot leave school once they arrive and I was teaching a class, so we had no way to get them now. They refused to refund my money, even though I give them large orders like this all the time for a bunch of different events I do at the school. She gave me a gift card, but that is not what I wanted since I never even received what I ordered! I just wanted my money back! I told the women at Dunkin’ that next time I would take my business elsewhere and no longer support this Dunkin’ that is only 5 minutes from our school. The extra 10 minutes to the Dunkin’ on 145 is worth it. Stay away from...

Ordered a frozen smores reg coffee, I got to the window and they handed me an iced coffee, whatever not the end of the world. Took one sip and it was the nastiest thing I'd ever drank. I asked if they could remake it but I didn't know how to direct them because obviously the drink was gross but why? Took a look at my receipt and not only did they make it iced instead frozen but they also used cold brew instead of regular there's our problem. Called the guy over and told him what I actually asked for and he offered a free donut for the inconvenience so that was nice (thank you). But when I took a sip it was made with cold brew AGAIN completely undrinkable and way to much chocolate syrup. But I wasn't going to have them remake it a third time so I just gave up and drove away. Wish you could give -100 stars! Were so incredibly rude, slow, and incompetent! After waiting a long time to order, I got my coffee way before the guy who was waiting longer than me. My order was messed up, but we decided to just take what we got. This is not the worst part. So, as I am waiting, a man comes inside to report several mistakes with his drive thru order. They were so incredibly rude and disrespectful to him, he left without waiting for it to be fixed, and as he was leaving, the employee starts yelling and cursing about him! Normally I always go to dunking in Bath, where thru are excellent, friendly, and accurate. However, I was in Northampton today.
