I have never had this much trouble with a pizza place in my entire life. I'll admit, the pizza was good, but it's a shame the customer service didn't share the same name. I placed an order online from this place, and ordered the $9.99 deal, hoping that it would be a good price for my money. I placed my order at 2:42 PM as of July 22nd, Wednesday and then it said that I had to wait 112 - 120 minutes! Shortly after I got a phone call from them stating that it's going to take two hours, so I obliged, assuming that the pandemic had something to do with it. Two hours later, I got no update, nothing, so I called them up, and they literally claimed that they never got my order in the first place. I had to fight with them over the phone, and even gave my name, my phone number, everything, and they still didn't have that information on my order. Come to find out later, they cancelled my order and I was left with nothing. A huge disappointing waste of my time, my could've been wasted money, and my life. The fact that I had to wait 2 hours for a "pizza" is ridiculous and the customer service on the other side of the phone wasn't any better.
And this wasn't the first time, last time I ordered a Garlic Sauce Sausage pizza, and when the pizza arrived, all the toppings on the pizza fell off to the side, while at the same time drenched in grease. This will be the very last time I will go to this place and I want to let them know that they will not be getting my support from me. WHATEVER YOU DO, do not go to this place, I beg you, find a better pizza place that's worth your time. I gave these people a chance but the people on the other end were flippant and arrogant. Read moreI need someone to pick up the phone at your store, your driver dropped a cheese pizza with two sodas off but I ordered a super supreme. He didn't seem to understand my instructions for contactless delivery either, he tried opening my storm door to tell me something that I couldn't make out.
UPDATE: I ordered a super supreme pizza with a large bottle of water but the delivery person delivered a cheese pizza with a couple of sodas that I did not ordered. The delivery person also did not follow my instructions for contactless delivery and proceeded to come close and open the storm door to tell me something that I could not understand. I didn't know the order was wrong till I brought it in and looked at it. I tried calling the store but no one picked up several times. I was routed to a person who said they only take new orders and do not supply updates. They quickly forwarded me back to the store saying "I promise they will pick up" but no one did.
I took the pizzas and sodas back for a refund on Sunday and fortunately the guys working that day put it back on my debit card- I'll see if it clears in the next few days. I'm not sure why I can never get anyone on the phone at this location and they have major customer service issues other than the two guys that helped with my refund. The store was also not clean when I went in yesterday. They have several horrible Google reviews, how can this store stay open or not be put under new management? I also was only recently able to order online from this store, as no other Pizza Hut in my area delivers to this area. It's unfortunate, I like Pizza Hut but if this is the service I get from them and other local Pizza Huts I will be staying away...
Read moreA month ago I had a terrible experience with Pizza Hut in W. McDermott specifically with a person called Sam who said he was in charge. We ordered 12 hot wings and 12 spicy garlic plus a pizza. When the order arrived my son signed that he received the order but did not check it. When I checked I saw that we were missing 12 spicy garlic wings. I called at 6:40 pm and Sam said he would send them in approximately 30 minutes. I called again at 7:20 pm and he kept me on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up. I called him back and he said the driver was on his way. I called again at 8:15 pm and I asked him to cancel and refund me. He said he could not do it since his manager who is the only one that has the authority to refund my money would arrive at 10:00 pm. I told him that was totally unacceptable and Sam had the audacity to say that the wings had been delivered, really? When were they delivered? At what time? In which of the four times he said they were being sent did they arrive because I have cameras and I could prove they never arrived. After unsuccesfully trying to reason with an utmost rude individual I asked him: Who did they deliver them to? .... he could not say. Long story short I told him to keep the $13.99 or the wings since they definitely needed them more than I did, but still have the manager call me since he should be aware of the situation, manager never called.
