Starbucks — Restaurant in Allen

I'm sorry but I have to write a negative review about this plce. I go here because it is the only Starbucks near by my work, and I have to say, after 10ish years of drinking Starbucks, this has to be the worse place ever! The lady who took my order asked what I wanted but did not even look at me, she was looking and talking to her co-worker. Then asked me again what I wanted, I repeated it and she kept talking to the other lady and still didn't hear me correctly. Then when She asked me the fourth time and I repeated she still asked "venti iced latte, eh?" I looked at her and said a firm "yes" then she got mad and said: "I just wanted to make sure what you want" and gave me a look. My second drink was a quad expresso and 3 pumps of white mocha, I watched her do other people's drinks before my and did not say anything, then she looked at me and said her mocha container is empty, and went on to do other's expresso shots first. After all that, she put the white mocha in the container slowly because she's staring at things in the market and not focusing on what she was doing. Then, she put 4 pumps of mocha in the cup instead of four, I told her that would be too sweet for me, she argued "I only put three in there!" Again with the look. So, I waited total of 20-25 mins for 2 of the simplest drinks possible at Starbucks and one of them is too too sweet. I gave them a second chance and came back in today thinking maybe she just had a bad day. Nope, the same thing happened today! I just can't believe it! I'm super upset and it got me thinking of not going to any Starbucks...

We were in the neighborhood for the first couple of days of the recent big freeze and this was the only Starbucks open.

I wanted to use stars on the Starbucks app to pay but they don't have the same system and the hag in the hijab was very rude telling me so. I say "good morning, can I cash in stars for a freebie?" then she says "so you got 150" and I say "no ma'am, 50" and she says "then no, we are not stand alone store"

Next I was going to pay with the card attached to my app she said "you cannot do that here, we are not stand alone store"

The other lady was embarrassed by the way she was talking to me and took over and explained which was cool.

In the end the frappuccino for my son that her partner made was good but the Pikes Place sucked and the hag in the hijab should not be customer facing. She was horrible and I really wanted to punch her...

I’ve always loved this Kroger but the morning I went to get a coffee and I’ve never been treated so poorly as a customer. Her name was Nuguma, as it said on the receipt, but I believe her name tag said “star”. She didn’t even greet me, didn’t respond to half of the things I said, and had a very nasty look on her face the entire time while taking my order. After I paid I asked her for the receipt and she just straight up ignored me, walked away, walked back and handed me my receipt without a word.
