Aug 10, 2024, around 9:30 AM. There is a lady on the register who was absolutely unpleasure and unwelcoming and rude to us. She kept changing trash and ignoring us to take our order, denied that we don't make French press here, when another co-worker said there is a French press back there yes we do, workers looked at each other, shift supervisor and lady went at back and comes back to me and says we don't make french press here, we only do pour-over, I said to him, your coworker said you do and he apologize and told me I will make it sorry about that. That lady who took our order didn't attend to the register when we were making a payment, she didn't offer us receipts, and she didn't put a sticker on the cup of coffee to identify which belonged to whom. she had no napkins for pumpkin muffin bread, she didn't offer sugar or creamer. I had to go back and ask if I had sugar and creamer, handover me only sugar, and again went back and asked for creamer, gives me creamer with a very upset look, (seems like we were annoying her but we were not, she didn't want to do her job what she hired for) then we were confused, I wanted to put creamer on a plain drip coffee, but accidentally when I put a creamer, it was in french press coffee instead of plain drip coffee, hope they can put the sticker there with respective orders so that it wouldn't ruin customer day. No customer service, when we walk out we felt so terrible. They had their manager and district manager visiting cards on the table, we picked them up, now in the process of emailing them. Won't recommend this location to anyone who wants to drink coffee and walk outside in a good fresh mood with...
Read moreTerrible start to my day. Around 10:30 am today, I was in the area and decided, against my better judgement, to stop by this Starbucks location. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, upside down, with extra caramel drizzle. I waited a unreasonable amount of time in a pretty short line. Got to the window, the woman greeted me just fine, until I noticed my drink was made incorrectly. There was just a small bit of caramel at the top, and there didn't seem to be any extra (what I ordered). I very nicely noted that I had actually asked for extra caramel drizzle. She responded "It is in there" with a pretty snarky tone, I replied "Could you guys maybe just line a cup with caramel for me"....this is apparently what set her off. She literally scoffed and rolled her eyes at me "Well not now" with a rude look on her face. I just sat back in disbelief. She asked her coworker if she could line a cup and she said she could. I sat back in the seat of my car and this lady looked at me and yelled "Don't roll your eyes at me". I responded back that she was the one that started with the attitude and that I was no longer engaging with her, that "I'm just going to sit here and wait for my drink". She did apologize and tell me to have a great day pretty passive aggressively. It was honestly insane behavior over a very simple fix, after I had waited quite a while in line. Her coworkers came over and watched, but all went back to what they were doing which leads me to believe this is regular behavior. *I want to mention I go to Starbucks daily, typically the Celina location. I have never, at any location, experienced such a...
Read moreI was incredibly frustrated with how disorganized and unprofessional the Starbucks staff was today. I placed a mobile order for pickup inside, thinking it would be quicker than the drive-thru, but I ended up waiting an outrageous 25 minutes. The worst part? My food had apparently been ready the whole time, but no one bothered to tell me. I stood there, watching employees scramble around with no clear system in place, while my order sat there getting cold. It’s ridiculous that a major coffee chain can’t manage simple communication or keep track of orders properly. If mobile orders are going to take this long, what’s the point of offering them as a “convenient” option?
What made the experience even worse was how long it took to get my drink—a simple latte. Seventeen minutes just for that? It’s not like I ordered some complicated, extra-customized drink. I could see employees making drinks left and right, yet somehow mine got lost in the chaos. Meanwhile, more customers kept piling in, looking just as confused and irritated as I was. The whole operation felt completely disorganized, and no one seemed to be in a rush to fix it. If I had known it would be this much of a hassle, I would have gone somewhere else. Starbucks really needs to get it together—this level of inefficiency is...
