We hosted our daughter's 8th birthday party at this facility. I booked our party after searching online (I'd only been there once, many years ago), so I had to make several calls with questions throughout the process. Every single staffperson who handled my calls was kind, thorough, and very helpful. The front desk staff were equally kind and courteous to us during the entire time we were there (about 4 hours). The party room exceeded our expectations of its size, counter space, and proximity to the pool, and our guests complimented us on choosing this pool for the party. It was great not having to worry about the kids because I could see the pool from the room, and I knew the lifeguards were posted around the pool, too. The kids had so much fun that my daughter actually received a thank you note from one of her guests for being invited to this pool party!♡ As we had a very small budget to host a party at all, we especially appreciated the fact that parents did not have to be charged just to stay and watch if they opted not to swim. To find an indoor pool with such favorable fees and policies - including not being restricted to just 2 hours or so of swim time - was a huge blessing for us!! I just can't say enough about how great this facility was for our daughter's party, and I would absolutely recommend it...

This place is a total joke. Cheap prices lure you here to swim, but 90% of the time, the kids area or large slide isn't even on or working. We have been a few times in the last few months and almost every time, the equipment is broke. They don't bother to mention it when paying though before you go in. Today we went for spring break. The only establishment that limited their hours instead of extended them for spring break. They were supposedly "at capacity" 10 min after opening and proceeded to have tons of families waiting in the lobby until people left. It was ridiculous. I waited 45 min with my 3 little kids and when they finally called our name and I paid, we walked in to find the kids area not running at all. I was furious and asked for a refund to which they replied, they can't, but here's some free swim cards for next time! Yeah no. I will not be back PERIOD. Don't waste your time...
