So I went through the drive-thru earlier tonight and ordered two beef and Cheddars and a four piece mozzarella stick. With only two cars in front of me I sat in line for almost 10 minutes, which already seems a little excessive for two cars, but whatever. Once I finally get up to the window and get my food and I pull out then look in the bag and I have five sliders that are beef cheese and jalapenos. Obviously, not what I ordered. So I turned around in the parking lot and went back to the drive-thru speaker and told them I had the wrong order and they told me to get back in line and they would be right with me. After almost another 10 minutes. I got aggravated and pulled out of the line and parked in the parking lot. I attempted to go inside the store to get my correct order and discovered the door was locked. Granted, this was 9:00 at night but still, now my only communication with this restaurant is a speaker that takes over 10 minutes to see a real person. At that point I just gave up and left. I do not like jalapeno peppers therefore the entire bag that I got is now in my trash can and the money that I paid is just now wasted. I decided against going back to get a refund because it is out of my way and I simply don’t have time. I did share a picture of my receipt when I completed my survey, so they have it.

The sandwiches are good, but there are miscommunications and incorrect orders at times. One time I used their app to order and wasn’t informed that the shake machine was down until I was almost there. I did not get a refund for the difference in cost between shakes and sodas. I eventually got that straightened out. Another time I ordered a double roast beef and received a regular size. Today, I was given beef and cheddar sandwiches but I ordered regular roast beef. Will be getting that straightened out next time I roll through town.

Read moreGo through the drive thru and please don't go inside...it's a mess near the front counter. Very very dingy, plus the food is typically non satisfactory. I get that it's fast food, but you also need efficiency with your speed. The older lady's during the day are very nice, that's what this restaurant has going for it.
