Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Allendale Charter Township

Order went fine. Tried be as polite as possible. I get my ice cream in the drive through and there is chocolate syrup all over the container. Gets all over my freshly cleaned interior, in my hands, best part is I can’t tell at first because it was dark out. I understand it’s hard to find employees in general right now but you have to be kidding me. I assume the kid was a college student because he had a grand valley shirt on but come on. I had to ask for a lid and napkins twice so I could attempt to clean my car and myself with rain water and napkins. Worst experience I have honestly ever had at a drive through and I’ve had wrong orders more times than I can count on my fingers and toes but never have I had to clean myself, my food, and my car after a simple drive through visit. Would not recommend until they have at least one new kid with a decent head on their shoulders that cares about customer service. Maybe college kids need a required credit on...

Quality has gone down big time. The hours are strange and never consistent. In the past ice cream was already melted/liquidy by time it was in my hand. Last night, my girlfriend and I went through the drive thru and there was one person ordering in front of me. It was 7:55 when I got in line(closes at 8). As we pull up to the menu board, the employees shut the lights off and decline our business. I used to come here all the time but the more I do, I realize it’s just not great anymore. Would not recommend. Culver’s is across the street and is a much better place for food and ice cream....

Went to this Dairy Queen to celebrate the first day of spring with a free ice-cream cone which I saw Dairy Queen promote online. There was a very lengthy drive through line which took over 15 minutes to get through. Once I got to the place to order, there was a small sign saying that this location was not participating in the free ice-cream cone day. However, every single customer in the drive through were unaware of this until they were blocked into the line where you could not turn around without ordering.
