Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Allendale Charter Township

I live in Marne so most pizza places are an equal distance for me. This was my first time ordering from Allendale Domino's, but it won't be the last. I couldn't figure out the online ordering so I called the restaurant; Anthony took my order, and he could not have been more polite and professional. He "suggestive sold" a couple of dipping sauces, and was overall just a friendly, upbeat guy. Anthony was also the person who answered the phone when I called from the parking lot to pick up my order, and he brought my pizza to the pick-up table. This place is not excelling in my opinion. The prices rise for card board pizza that you can't even get what you would like. Like asking for extra mushrooms...the response from the employee was. "We can only double the order." So.........in other words to bad for you, even if we are willing to pay for extra. Bad, bad business right there. Place can get a bit crowded when you go in to pick up your order. If someone decides to stand right in the straight way to the cash register, then you end up waiting behind someone who don't care if your pizza is ready to pay for. Re design that fatal flaw right there because its really inconvenient if you get someone...

Very rude manager named Kathy had issues with my card being incorrectly charged and they have delivered food many many time to us they know where I'm located only 6 miles away yet sent drivery to wrong area and then I never got my food and or an apology what some ever and she had these nerve to say from now on we have to call ahead to ask if they will deliver during dinner busy time when we always order dinner at the same time she Kathy should not be running a store if she can't treat customer with respect and not charge me double what my food was poor people skills on her part..
