Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Allendale Charter Township

I am extremely disappointed, i ordered at 3pm and scheduled it for 7pm. around 8:30 i started calling and couldn’t get ahold of anyone then when they finally answered they told me that my order wasn’t in the system. they then begin to say that they were out of bread so they couldn’t make the order anymore. THEN they say they can give me a refund but no additional credit for not getting the food. I really don’t understand how it went from me not having an order to them being able to not fulfill it. THEN the manager spoke to me on the phone in the most rude way i’ve ever been talked to. she told me that it’s my fault and that i never answered the door or phone when they tried to deliver, so at this point i’ve heard so many different reasons. i asked the manager for a refund and a discount for next time and she proceeded to tell me no to any credit for next time and hung up on me. not sure if i’m even getting a refund but i’m so disappointed when i planned ahead to order and i was spoke to in the rudest way possible. this manager should not be in charge, she was arguing saying i never ordered at one point then just changed the story. STELLAR customer service! I'm a jets regular & this location is seriously great. I typically go to jets on Baldwin, however we've been having a hard time getting through to them, even though we live a block away... The employee working here was super polite over the phone, took my order and had our food ready by the time we arrived. Keep in mind this was 15min before closing and delivery wasn't an option since we live closer to a different location. Either way I didn't care I'm just hungry at this point. This employee greeted me once I arrived, he was wearing a mask & just made my first experience here very delightful. Three strikes you’re out. I’ve attempted to buy food from this place three times. The first time the pizza was delivered late and cold. Second time the order was completely wrong, and third time I’m sitting here as they remake my pizza for the third time. Not sure what happened with the first but they said they made a mistake so I had to wait an extra 10min for a pizza that was not only terribly constructed, i.e. cheese and sauce dripping off every corner, and half burnt.
