It doesn't get any better than Toscana for casual dining and delivery. The value is unparalleled with taste rivaling what you get at Little Italy for a fraction of the cost. The penne alla vodka, meatballs, and chicken parm are the best I have had anywhere. We misjudged and ordered about double what we actually needed for a party at Skyzone but mistakes like that are worth making everytime. The leftovers were still as delicious after a week straight of eating them as on day 1 . The interior is always meticulously clean and the open kitchen setup means you can watch Billy and Sabine put the utmost care into preparing your meal. Speaking of which, the best part isn't even the food despite the fact that I can rave about it nonstop. The owner and head chef Billy and pizza chef Sabine are two of the friendliest and most genuine people you'll meet. Their warm and caring demeanor always makes us feel like we're with family. Toscana Pizza nestled between a bunch of high-quality restaurants surely can stand with the best of them. This establishment is run by the most welcoming, humble business owner (Billy) I have ever met. However, his food does all the talking as its always fresh and tasty. The pizza crust is perfectly crisp every time. The ratio of cheese to sauce is spot on. The toppings are high quality. The flavors complement each other in such that you can taste all the ingredients. The marinara sauce used for the other dishes has a nice balance and does not overwhelm the dish it is served with. The Sicilian slice is probably one of the best I have ever had. The grilled chicken pesto sandwich, and the grilled chicken broccoli rabe cooked to order is amazing. Also, one of my favorites is the eggplant as I can eat that every day, not too thick, not too thin. The bread is always crispy and fresh. I had ordered some items from Billy the owner at Toscana for a fundraiser. He was kind, generous and extremely helpful to work with. His food is excellent. I was there for 20 minutes and people kept walking in to get some pizza. While I was there waiting for my pasta, two little boys came in and one bought a slice of pizza. So Billy asked the other one if he wanted one. The other little boy said he forgot to bring money and very sweetly Billy said he didn’t have to worry about that, he can have a slice of his choice.
