Wife went thru the drive thru Saturday 2:30, ordered Orange Creamsicle shakes that they had signs up advertising and was told "we're out of them"? Seriously, out of them at 2:30 in the afternoon? Ordered and paid for cheese on roast beef sandwich, was asked "do you want any sauces?" for the sandwiches and dipping sauce for mozarella sticks, got home, no cheese, no sauces, nothing. Said the young person at the window just handed her the bag, said nothing, no thank you, up yours, nothing. Not a very good representation of this business and I see MANY on here relating similar situations, hopefully someone on here from Arby's reads these and at least tries to make changes for the better!
Yesterday 9 months later she went there again, why I don't know, figured it would be better but it was not. Went through the drive in around 12:30, ordered a large roast beef sandwich, a regular one with cheese, an order of curly fries and one of potato cakes. The manager told her that she would have to park and they'd bring it out to her, again, why I don't know, it wasn't that special of an order and told her "you can park in the handicapped spot" which she said "uh, no, that's not right" plus there already was a car there. She parked and waited A HALF HOUR until they FINALLY came out, handed her the order and said "oh, do you want any napkins, I forgot to ask?" and she said "forget it", food was cold when she came home, no cheese on the sandwich which she paid for and I told her "stop going there, never again".
You also notice no one from there answers these reviews, no one. I wonder if the owner of this restaurant has a clue how poorly it is run, or maybe they don't even care. But they need to read the bad reviews and make adjustments, people aren't making them up they really are...
Read moreThey had no straws!!!??? And they weren't telling the customers when they ordered so that they could decide before paying whether they still wanted the beverage. She literally took my credit card (money), was handling me the drinks (sweet tea and milkshake) through the window before she even told me. When I said something to her about it she told me, it wasn't a big deal and that you just tear a corner of the lid and drink it that way. She also literally said to me that no one else was complaining and that she didn't know why I was making a big deal about it. How are you supposed to do that with a milkshake?!?!?! And then to top of off the fries were gross. Oily and raw. I understand that this isn't fine dining BUT you make sure that the food is cooked properly. You make sure that the cups and anything else you are serving to a customer is clean. I have had to multiple times clean a cup before I can set it in the cup holder because it is disgusting and to be honest the only reason that I kept coming back is because no one else has a Jamocha Shake on their menu but I don't need them that bad if this is going to continually be the kind of service that they choose to give to...

Ordered 2 chicken tender kids meals and received RAW CHICKEN. My 4year old daughter bit into the tender and had no idea but then I saw the glossiness of the inside. My boyfriend took the tender back and asked for a refund . They wanted the rest of the food back but I had given the fries to my daughters so they could atleast eat that. When we returned with the rest of the kids meals (everything but the fries) they refused to come to the drive thru window. When they finally did they were only trying to refund me for the 2 chicken tenders stating that “well they ate the fries right?!) Employees were SO UNPROFFESIONAL , ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER ON DUTY. She refused to give me her name and stated that (oh well my daughter is 20 years old) . No consideration for the fact that a 4 YEAR OLD child just ate RAW CHICKEN. She refused to give me a refund for the kids meals and closed the door on my face and stated I needed to come back in the morning and (they can deal with me). HORRIBLE. My daughter now has diarrhea which I will be monitoring. I will be speaking to an attorney and health services about...
