Burrito Nacho Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Allentown

Terrible. I ordered through grub hub and followed the menu on how to specifically chose the tacos they way I wanted. I think they sent me what was sitting there as it was nearing closing time. Not at all what I ordered. Absolutely terrible. Prob did the same with the nachos as they were so so soggy and not sure what to make of the cake. Gross. I ended up spending close to 50.00 and it all went in the trash. The food was not cold it was still hot and it actually came before expected. Not sure how tortilla chips get so soggy almost like they were soaked in water when the food is still hot. Grub hub did their job. The response is an Interesting take on why I did not get what I ordered. Not even addressed. Hard shelled tacos?….I did not order soft shelled dried out chicken and onion...

My husband and I tried this place after we found out that our ‘go to’ Mexican restaurant had over an hour wait. This was our first time dining here. When we entered, we didn’t know whether to wait or to seat ourselves. Besides that, we were very pleased. The food was Outstanding, very authentic, fresh and flavorful. It was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were very kind and attentive, and provided good service. Today is Cinco de Mayo. It was very colorful inside with festive music. We felt like we were somewhere in Mexico, and that is what you experience here. Good job! P.S. I almost gave 4 stars for service ‘only’ because I was confused about what to do when we entered. I have been coming here for years staff has always been rude and specially the older lady. However the food was always good and that was the main reason why I would return. But today my wife found flys in the vinegar dressing. After approaching staff about this issue no one apologized. The older women said “ that tends to happen when we clean the counter tops!” This infuriated me even more. I told her I would be contacting the health department. She said go head I don’t care and crossed her arms. I proceeded with my call and after speaking to the health department.
