Nova Restaurant And Lounge — Restaurant in Allentown

A place with great atmosphere and even better style, Nova is a nice place to relax with a group of people and have fun, it is a shame however that it lacks great service and food to make it really shine. The problem with the place is the unfortunate lack of quality serving. With a group of three in a moderately busy day it took more than 30 minutes to get drinks, I ordered Moscato and the other members of my party got soda and tequila. 30 minutes for drinks is insane especially when you get it after your food arrives. Next is the food itself, it's good and fills you up but you have to consider obviously this is more like bar food. The majority of it is good or fine but it's obvious other places have better options to eat. Service and food aside the way the place lights up at night is soothing and the do is very active. Overall then three stars as a place you would want to go sometimes but not something that really wants you to come back alot. Also I advise people to be cautious when they approach the area I'm general despite others views this place does have quite a few arguments and fights that happen outside and are very aggressive, not the safest place to be...

The absolute worse after hours club to go to!!!!!!!! First of all we get there and no one knows English and we ask what type of music do they play and they said a mixture of everything but all they played was Spanish music, the security guards there are nasty and rude and pushed me out the way when I told them I wanted to leave and they said no wait. My friends where the first ones to arrive at the bar and no one went to serve them the lady that was bar tending ignored them . When other people came she only spoke to them, and this is about 20 mins in. So when we left the bar someone else took our places there and she ran right up to them to Conversate smh. "No Bueno" and as where standing around all the Spanish people was looking at us in disgust like why are these black and white ppl here? So we felt out of place and pushed out way out the club since the security guards wouldn't let us out and we asked for out money back and they said no. Over all worse experience in my life I would never step foot there again, but if your Spanish and only listen to Spanish music and love when people give you dirty looks then that place is for you, horrible horrible...

The venue and atmosphere were great, as well as the food all of these things were amazing. Unfortunately, service communication and couth were absolutely unacceptable. We showed up for a birthday gathering for 10 to 12 people. They gave us two small tables that seated 6 the server also crammed us in the smallest corner and unaccommodating, when asked to see if we could change, she acted she didn’t understand English, but then spoke English. Then the server started to talk about me to my other. Guest we then we’re waiting for the birthday honoree to walk in and the server decided to walk out to eat in individual one of us to take our drink order this server also left us with sticky tables that were not clean.
