Charlie K's Pizza — Restaurant in Allentown

Listen… I don’t know who Charlie K is, but if I ever meet him, I’m demanding financial compensation and emotional support. Three dollars for this slice? CRIMINAL. Straight-up pizza fraud.

The cheese tasted like it’s been sitting in witness protection since the 90s, the sauce was tangy in the way expired ketchup is tangy, and the crust? Oh no. The crust had the exact texture of Play-Doh. Stretchy AND rubbery at the same time, like some kind of cursed science experiment. Every bite felt like my teeth were filing a complaint.

For $3, I expected at least a decent slice. What I got was a pizza crime scene. If this slice cost 50 cents, maybe I’d tolerate it while questioning my life choices. But three dollars? Nah. That’s the last time I let Charlie...

I have to say I have been going too Charlie K's for decades. and enjoy your pizza kits.. I was just there Saturday Aug 16 2025.. I purchased a kit. on Sunday I was making two pies for company that had come over after starting to make the 2nd pie..one of my guess notice the cheese was moldy..Now that only reason I'm writing this because this is the 2nd time this has occurred in months..I did not want to make this public.. but there is no other way of contacting you... both times it was very disconcerting.. I'm not sure if this is a rotating of product or just old cheese.. kinda leaves a bad taste in my mouth.. Let me know what you think??..Still my favorite pizza kits in the...

I’ve bought pizza kits here for years and unfortunately they recently made changes that are terrible. They raised the price to $15 because they “have a bigger bag of cheese” in the kit. The biggest problem however is the new pizza shells. I could tell from the minute I took them out of the bag that they were different. After baking I can say they are NOT NEARLY as tasty or crispy as their old shells. The new shells taste like cardboard! If they continue using this shell I will not be making my weekly pizza run to...
