Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Allentown

I went to get a pizza and i saw the employees with no gloves on, so i asked the guy and he told me that it wasnt on their rules, i said but you guys should wash your hands at least because your touching money,, then another person next to me order a pizza also and he said to me i agree with you, because they were preparing an order right after charging me cash with out washing their hands.. the girl was preparing a pizza and talking on top of it also,,i got soo mad that i left and told the guy to forget about my pizza…and the other customer next to me told him to forget his order as well… i left and i even forgot about my money so i came bck for my refund and the lady MANAGER that was doing my refund around (3:50 pm) on 9/13/22) made a comment and she said, you know they are other restaurant around that u can order from…. I love pizza so my daughter too, but with this bad experience ill Think it twice to buy one… and also the customer service of that place and specially the hygiene is very poor and low.. you guys are going to lose a lot of customer because i dnt think that people are going to want to spend their money in a...

To do a survey on line you need the store number and order. No store number on the box and order number had top missing. Half of label missing. I ordered a large thin crust with extra cheese and bacon for delivery. $3 delivery fee and my pizza looked like a flat cracker. I think the pizza weighed less than 4 oz. It looked to be a premade flat cracker. Was supposed to be pizza made with a thin crust... This was not pizza dough. Didn't have enough cheese for a regular pizza and I paid for extra cheese. Very very small Amt of bacon. Could barely see any. The pizza was diced up and not in slices. I paid $3 delivery and $4 tip and my pizza was pieces that were flipped and upside down. There was no cheese on it so it didn't come off on the box when it flipped. I usually eat 2 slices and I'm full...I ate half the pie and it feels as if I didn't even have a slice. This was robbery as I see it. This was not pizza.... It was a smeared...

Pizza was okay, but the poor dude behind the counter was all alone. When I went to pick up my order, there was this drunk guy taking up his time--not understanding that payment was not yet made. And it was past closing time, but he monopolized the only guy behind the counter arguing with him that he ordered a pizza--so my time was wasted with a non-customer as he did not pay for the pizza he allegedly ordered.

Subsequent visit: My special instructions were ignored or lost in cyberspace.

Subsequent visit: Had to wait for the guys to remake my pizza because they made a mistake in the order.

Subsequent visit: web is a mess--took 49 minutes to get the order done because, despite being verified by PayPal, the order failed. I could have made my own pizza in this amount of time!

Why do I keep putting up with this? I can walk to the store making it the closest thing to my house. And I only order when I am overdue shopping...
