I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!! WORST EVER!!! I go through the drive thru around 3pm today and I ask for a half dozen donuts. 3 glazed and 3 chocolate glazed. I paid and they gave me my donuts and it never came to me to check the box. I got 2 vanilla glazed, 1 chocolate glazed, and three chocolate donuts. So I got 1 donut that I actually ordered and 5 that I didn't order. I called and the employees gave me attitude and I said but you got my order wrong. Well we ran out of the regular glazed. So you make it policy to substitute out product without asking the customer if it is okay??? Also if they needed clarification on my order if there was confusion then they should have asked. The original person said she was going to give me to someone who was there when I came through the drive thru and as she was trying to explain it she couldn't even get the information correct and was saying that I got a dozen mixed donuts. Then I had to explain it to the gentleman that she transferred me too 3 times and he still couldn't understand what the problem was. Both employees acted as if I was making a big deal over nothing because at least I got 6 donuts. Please close this location, restaff, and reopen with employees who are competent...
Read moreI have been going here for years the new young man they have at the window is atrocious NOT THE ONE WITH THE BEARD AND RED HAIR. The one I’m referring too has his ears pierced and looks related to the establishment, he always has an issue and every time he’s at the window the order is wrong. Everyone else in this establishment is great, I know that might be a cousin, brother whatever but stick him in the back the kid can’t work with customers he gave me a coffee that spilled immediately because the top wasn’t closed I told him so and he said what do you want me to do!? like sir what!? Give me napkins, ask to replace it make sure it’s closed, I don’t know. Prior to this I give him a coupon the ones they have been dispersing all throughout this side of town and he goes oh you got a medium coffee not an espresso okay cool here is the one for the medium coffee and now he can’t scan the code, I told him to figure it the hell out at that point. Read moreI came through drive-thru to pick up my mobile order today 2/21 at around noon and stated my name through the intercom. The man taking orders said “ok” and nothing else and I heard laughing on the intercom. I waited because I was unsure if that meant I could pull forward or if he was looking for my order and etc. I didn’t want to pull forward as I work at starbucks and it’s customary to wait until directed to do so. He then after a minute says “do you want me to hand you your drink or not?” which was really rude considering all I got was an “ok” and was waiting. I then pull around to the window and he’s sitting on the counter near the window and hands me my drink very unfriendly. I kindly explain to him that I didn’t pull forward because typically they state they have the order and that I can pull forward and then I apologized even though the customer service was very informal and disrespectful while he doesn’t say anything return.
