Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Allentown

Back in July, I had placed an online order for pick-up - on my way home from work. It accepted my order and payment. When i got to the Union Blvd establishment in Allentown - there were quite a few of people waiting outside and a note taped to the door "CLOSED". To make matters worse- I went in the next business day to speak with the store manager about either getting a refund or apply it to an order of the same. A Win, Win- Right !! No, the girl at the front counter was the rudest, most snooty person I've met, All she kept saying was - it will be 3 weeks until I get a refund with a smirk on her face. So, I've decided to call the Customer Service number- Of course No answer, so finally - the first of September I got to speak to some-one, told him the entire ordeal - He took all my information and said he will pass this onto the the store manager and should have a Refund with in the next couple of days and an email sent to me. Well here it's the 3rd week of September and NOTHING. No refund, no email etc. So answer me this - How can an establishment that is closed - take an online order and accept payment !! Not Good for Business.. There are other reviews with the same issues at different locations throughout the United...

I placed an order for delivery on their site I wanted the 9.99 deal so that I can get the pineapple Pepsi of course they were having problems on the site wouldn't let me order it so I ordered the pretzel pizza with red sauce I ordered the m&m brownie cookies I ordered three cans of pineapple Pepsi and breadsticks you driver did not knock on the door as put in the instructions he just dropped the food and ran God only knows how long I'm sitting out there before I noticed it then I realize he did not bring me my dessert and he did not bring me any of the three sodas that I ordered so I got in my car in drove all the way to the store just to find out they were closing in a few minutes and there wasn't a damn thing that they can do about it they told me to call GrubHub which I called them first they told me to call the store because the missing items did not come from the pub they came from the store so not today I get to call the store and have them redo my order the right way and give me...

horrible service, every single time I order food they mess it up, last time I called in a order they said 10 mins I showed up 20 mins later and they said they could not find my order so instead of them fixing my order they kept trying to look for it so I asked for a refund and never got one then the other day I tried to give them another chance and ordered a stuff crust off the app and when I went there my food was not ready then when it was ready it was not stuff crust and told me it would be another 5 mins which was actually 15 mins I would NOT recommend this place and they do NOT wear gloves !!!!!! unsanitary and they do not even acknowledge you when you walk in they will walk pass the counter 5 times before even looking your way or saying something bad...
