Brewery with a wonderful variety of beer but a little “light” in the dark beer selection.
Where they used to make candy (the brewery is at the former site of Mink’s candy factory) they now make yummy stuff for adults. There’s plenty of parking and plenty of spacious seating at the bar, at inside tables or outside tables. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable about their beer and helpful. Their beer selection offered some very good IPA’s, fruit beer, a wit beer and a stout. Something to appeal to everyone's palate and all were good tasting and quality beers. The brewer’s experience shown through with all these varieties. With the brewery only being open for 3 months I’d expect great things to come of this brewery when they 1 year and 3 months old from this skilled brewery.
The food selection is limited to fixed up hot dogs, panini’s, and dipping pretzels. We tried the buttered garlic pretzels, and they didn’t last long.
Sherman Street can expect to see me again. I’m eager to see what other new...
Read moreMan where can I start, new brewery and man do they have the selection! I enjoyed everything they had on the menu, if your ever in town stop by. I came here on a business trip and LOVE the atmosphere, it’s a chill area where you can meet new people, talk about beer, and eat great food. The owners were talking with us and just telling us about their start up.
I had the brisket quesadillas and of course it was so good that I had to try the Sherman street Cuban. Jesus the food is great, don’t take it from me TRY it, the food won’t lie to you. I enjoyed talking to the guy taking care of the kitchen he was nice enough to come to and ask us how was the food. Yeah, let that sit, I was asked how the food was and I can only respect the man for asking.
We were here on Tuesday and they had trivia Tuesday! Man I haven’t had so much fun I a while in another state in a while! This is a great place to come and just have a great time. Please, if your ever in area stop by don’t take it from me, you won’t be...
Read moreProbably the best beer in the Lehigh Valley because the owner Beau knows exactly what he is doing. However, the dark haired lady (wears a beanie) bartender / server is enough for us not to come back. She is only nice to the regulars and you would think anyone else was doing her a disservice by being there and asking about beer, food, or water. I know that's a lot to ask about at a place that served all 3. I would say maybe it was just that day and maybe she was having a bad day but it has happened 3 times to us now and that's enough. Being in the service industry myself I can say this is not a recipe for success of gaining future customer and If Beau cannot figure out how to get friendly staff and service we won't be coming back, there is plenty of other places in town that make you...
