It may not have a trendy name but the food is very good at a fair price. That is what’s important, of course. The interior was very unusual and curious. Most of what I could see was a big commercial kitchen. “What is going on here?” I wondered. On the way out I took their catering menu. Besides the giant kitchen, there are several booths for eat-in customers. The clean ladies’ room had a collection of vintage hats on the walls. There were several artifacts/souvenirs from long past Allentown fairs on the walls and in a showcase. I called the decor Formica Chic. We live in the west Allentown neighborhood and I never knew this place existed. Boy, am I glad I finally decided to try it out! Might be my new favorite lunch spot!
