I wish I could give them negative stars

From the moment we sat down and spoke with your manager on the shift he was very nasty. When I initially approached him and told him we will be sitting outside he did not stop or engage at all just mumbled okay. When he came back to our table with the menu he asked for ID I explained that I have mine but my spouse forgot his but we will not be ordering any alcoholic beverages, he then responded and said well unfortunately we cannot eat here then (mind you it was 11 in the afternoon and we were not sitting at the bar didn’t even go inside). I then asked again to be clear that even if we do not order any alcoholic beverages we are unable to eat here he did not like that and said yeah would you like me to show you the law which was extremely nasty, he also asked why I felt the need to question him. At this point I could not help but notice that there was a child seated outside with who I assume was her father. I was going to leave but something in my spirit just didn’t feel right with the way we were treated. I went back into the establishment and asked to speak with a manager he said he was the manager and I asked that someone else contact me to take my number, he then slammed the pen and paper down. I was not able to get his name and I would love for someone to please contact me as this is one of my favorite places to go and I really do not appreciate the way I was treated today.

So its been a few months since this took place I have yet to hear from someone, I also sent this to the business email and nothing. I really hate pulling racial cards but I swear it was because we are African American. I’m super upset because this is one of my favorite places and I wish we all could be...

I've been going back and fourth on how to rate this place. It was Our first time here. I bugged my Husband for a few months to try it. I wanted to love it. We walked in and weren't sure what to do. Seat Ourselves? Wait for a host? After standing awkwardly for 30 seconds, we slid into a high top. It was dirty....as in wasn't wiped off. Quickly a server came to gave us menus and took our drink order. Someone else came to take our food order. We both got a chicken cheesesteak. We asked for them to be tossed in Buffalo sauce. We also ordered wings with blue cheese and ranch. Our cheesesteaks came out. Delivered by yet another guy. I asked where the wings were He was surprised. I told him 6 wings with ranch and blue cheese. A few mins later he brought them out ( no ranch, only blue cheese) it was bad timing because we were halfway into our cheesesteak. So? Finish the sandwich and let wings get cold? Or put sandwich on hold to eat wings let sandwich get cold? The wings were NOT saucy. At all. Maybe the sauce soaked in by the time we got to them? And we werent sure if the cheesesteak meat was tossed in buffalo sauce? Couldnt tell. The food was served in a basket with a piece of wax paper which got weak and started to rip. enough complaining. The good stuff: the food was piping hot. It had a decent flavor. The bun held up well. And it was stuffed nicely. All 3 servers were nice. There was lots of stuff to look at. See my delema in ratings. I might try it again? But won't recommend it to friends and family...

what a big difference. All these years coming here and contributing my money to this business and the owners abandoned their own establishment. Certain bartenders catered to their favorites. clogged up bathrooms, no Air conditioning working. Serve you raw chicken, cold fries. The regulars are being ignored unless your part of their buddy system. Warm beers, no paper towels or toilet paper. Some of these bartender guys act like they own the bar. respect went down the drain. This place is very convenient because we live very close but the talk in town is spreading like wild fire. They need to request Jon Taffer to rescue this bar or you will see bad results. You can't lay back after succeeding and making money to abandoned your establishment like this. No bueno @ all. let's start from the beginning and re evaluate your business and satisfied your customers 😊 you need to clone Jeff,Sara and Tara in order to complete a successful league to win your competition. I believe that Allentown location was the beginning of Liberty tavern is what created thee other Liberty taverns. Let's go back to Allentown needs and fix what's broken to implement to the other establishments you created. I can say that I love you business but the environment change because of its abandonment.
