Volpe's Sports Bar — Restaurant in Allentown

We were having a great time as we always have. Around 8:30 we were having a second round of drinks and talking with Individual's at the table adjacent to us when this tall overweight guy walks to our section, gives us a nasty look, throws all of his bags down and storms away. We went back to talking and enjoying ourselves when this person comes back with equipment and begins to make a loud growling noise and staring in our direction. The table next to us asked him if he was doing the Karaoke and he looked at us and said aggressively "I'm supposed to, but I guess I won't now!" We instantly felt uncomfortable and I got the attention of the bartender to order the last round. I asked her if there was an issue with the table that we were sitting at and the big guy who was here to do karaoke and she explained that this was where he usually sets up. We apologized and explained there was no reserved sign and that the guy was being very aggressive and had not said anything to us about needing the table/space. She said that he is a jerk like that and laughed it off. I was scared and angry, so we got up and ended our night. It was not handled respectfully or correctly. One of the reasons I frequent this place over the years is because of their (claimed) Intolerance for behaviors like that, but nothing was done. If I could give a "0 Star" review, then I would! The customer service here was average, up until I had visited a few weeks ago on a very mild night. The bar wasn't busy by any means, and to my complete shock the bar tender accidentally gave away my debit card to ANOTHER CUSTOMER. Not only has this created a major inconvenience for me personally, but their apology was completely lukewarm! At no point was I EVER given the name of the restaurant manager. Rarely do I ever put my foot down and demand something in return for any inconvenience, but upon asking for a refund - I was promptly DECLINED. I can say that these workers do not know how to diffuse any kind of "upset customer" situation, and seemed to completely not care! I called the bar a day later and asked to speak to a manager to get SOME kind of compensation or even a measly refund on my $20 tab that night. The man who answered the phone, "Bob", shut me down and told me to "go to the bank and have them print a new card" and use paper checks until my new card came in the mail. HE THEN HUNG UP ON ME AS I WAS ASKING FOR THE NAME OF THE RESTAURANT MANAGER. It's been 2 weeks since this incident and I just got a new card in the mail a day ago. Horrible experience at this place. Me and my family walked in as soon as we did my cousin heard he bartender say she "had a bad feeling" as if we were going to shoot up the place. Never have I ever experienced such racist and discriminatory behavior. Afterwards she asked us all for ID. She literally examined every ID flipping them back and forth as if all 6 of us had fakes. She set aside two saying she doesn't even know if these are real and would have to scan them. I would understand if this was an upscale bar with high tech security and in a fancy neighborhood, but it's totally the opposite. The stench of old men and cigars hit up before we even walked into the bar. It was dark and shady and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a few years. I was the youngest at 26 out of all 6 of my cousins. There was no need for the reaction we got from this bartender. She refused to serve us when she saw my sisters ID had expired on her birthday last month. Thankgoodness for that because my patience for this racist was running real slim.
