This is my First and last experience at this establishment. I called a pick up order in at 11:12 am for 3 chicken gyros and 3 small fries, the lady that took my call said it would be 20 minutes for my order to be complete. I got busy at work and ended up getting to New York Gyro at 11:55 am. At which point i told the lady that was working by herself that i was here for my pickup of 3 gyros. She proceded to look at me like a deer in headlights and said oh yeah sorry i honestly didnt even start your order yet.............this was my first visit to this place and what a terrible experience it was i walked out and ended up getting wawa instead. Im not looking for any freebies or sympothy simply stating this was a horrible experience and for someone ordering lunch who is on a time crunch this is not how your business should be ran.. And to add to this i saw a review about hair in the food and a response from the owner saying you guys wear gloves and hair nets. the lady did not have gloves on or a hair net when she was...

Disgusting is an understatement. None of the cooks had on gloves or hair nets which explains why there were two strands of hair in my food. I waited 35 minutes for two things. One of which was a gyro that was drowned in sauce and missing the toppings I asked for. Another one that had two pie Irs of black hair mixed into the rice. I should have listened to the negative reviews because I wouldn’t even feed this to my cat. On top of the disgusting food and horrible service the prices are ridiculous and far more expensive than any gyro place I’ve event been to. If you want to enjoy your food and don’t want a bunch of slop thrown together don’t order here. Save your money and save your time. I even called them to tell them what I found in my food and how unsettling my food was and his response was “I wasn’t the one who made it”. If I could give -5...
