6/9/25 My wife and one of her friends visited Youell's for lunch. They were both VERY happy with their servings (Soft Shell Sandwich and Bong-Bang Shrimp Taco's). EXCELLENT!
5/30/24 Once again,, A-Mazing!! Food was / is wonderful. Service (Amber) excellent. Thanks to Amber and Kaylah for the kind birthday wishes too (and the slice of b-day cake,, mm, mmmmm)
4/17/24 Back to one of our favorite places, YOUELL'S........... The food was, once again, excellent. Our server ("Z") was simply wonderful. "Kaylah" also stopped by to check and chat with us as well. These people really DO care about their customers. A+ as always.
Another visit to Youell's - Another wonderful experience! The food? EXCELLENT The service? EXCELLENT ("Chase" was / is amazing) And, as always, the atmosphere is always great. Manager(s), other servers, bus folks,,, ALL are so very kind and friendly.
Returned to Youell's again last night (8/11/22). Food and service were wonderful. "Toni" is amazing (our server).
What I find disturbing is when we make our reservations we have a favorite table which I typically always request. This request seems to get lost at times. We find that someone else has taken our place. If this was a once or twice occurrence I would not be too concerned. The problem is this has happened FOUR times in the last 60 days.
Not a great way to treat returning customers.
[We] had one of the best dining experiences EVER at Youell's. Only our second "dining out" following covid restrictions. We could not have been happier. Food - EXCELLENT (Tim - head chef) Staff - Always the best (special appreciation to our wonderful server, Molly and manager Tyler,, who helped my wife to surprise me with a birthday dessert). The interior tables are spaced apart to ensure safety.
No doubt we will continue to patronize this wonderful restaurant.
[One Week Later] We returned and found the food and service to remain impeccable. Our server (Shivendra) could not have been nicer.
Looking forward to our next visit!
Our next visit! Once again - the staff, food and ambiance was excellent. The Tahitian Bass (special) was superb! Tim really has outdone himself with this entrée'. "Kaylea" (our server) was a delight. Ashley and Molly always add to a friendly aura. Another...
Read moreTldr, food is fine but service is awful; they responded to my review asking me to email them to save face then never responded
Came here with 2 other people, bar was packed because it was happy hour but thatâs to be expected. We ordered and the waitress didnât write anything down and brought out the wrong drink for someone at my table, and also never brought 3 apps we ordered that we ordered a bit later. She didnât come by for over a half hour and one of us went to the bar to ask about the 3 apps we placed over an hour before and the manager basically accused us of lying that we ordered those plates and wouldnât honor the happy hour price if we still wanted them. Again, the waitress didnât write anything down.
Then, the bill comes out, and all 3 apps we âdidnât orderâ and the wrong drink are on the bill, after the manager told us we never placed them because they werenât rung in, clearly didnât check our tab. When she came over to tell us it wasnât placed after we checked in, she walked away while we were still talking to her.
They didnât try to make it right that the food didnât come out and told us they wouldnât honor the original price, then when it was clear they that they actually messed up because it was on the tab at the happy hour price, they didnât even apologize for the inconvenience of not getting the food, not being able to reorder it at itâs originally price, accusing us without even checking our tab, and then putting it all on the bill regardless. We were talking about the situation at our table because it was frustrating and the manager overheard and shouted at us from behind the bar that everything that was incorrect was taken off, as if the situation was suddenly no longer frustrating after the fixed the bill.
The server was fantastic, just swamped, but the manager was hostile from the jump and didnât try to remedy the situation, then scapegoated the server after being the one who confidently told us the food was...
Read moreIâm not one to write reviews but this time around I just had to. So this past Monday, I took my family to a nice dinner. We were celebrating our anniversary. We had a 6:30 reservation but it seems to not matter since it took about 15 minutes to greet us alone. I locked eyes with about 2 servers(middle aged woman with black hair and Syrian looking man) as I watched them walk by us at least 3 times. Coming from someone who actually works in the same industry, off the rip someone couldâve greeted us or at least take a drink order. Finally we get greeted, our server was a delight and even mentioned how she noticed we were sitting there for a while. Now all of a sudden, the same server who walked by us a few times NOW wants to help out. The cherry on top however was the fact that she also was sat with a couple DIRECTLY NEXT TO US and were IMMEDIATELY greeted and took orders with speed. Why couldnât we get the same type of treatment? Especially with a reservation. I understand the simple fact that servers wonât want to take a certain crowd because it may turn out to be a waste of time. I never felt profiled in a restaurant ever in my life and probably wonât ever come back for that simple fact. I Also understand that certain servers have certain sections of tables but why was it when on the way out, I see our GREAT server taking tables at the bar? The food was good but couldâve been amazing but the first impression and vibe I felt was not okay. Itâs a shame because I actually served one of Youâlls regulars at my job and he recommended this place. Never again. Hire some personable servers and not any middle aged money hungry people who just donât care. To the nice woman who served us, we appreciate you and thank you for acknowledging my daughter as a...
