Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Alliance

Don’t waste your money here! At LEAST the last 3 times I ordered from here my food has been SUPER DELAYED, BURNT or just missing. Tonight, I order simply a salad, breadsticks and garlic sauce. I wait at LEAST an hour and finally I get a call saying I’m here but won’t wanna get out my car and walk up the stairs. I get my food and only thing that’s there is my breadsticks. She says oh yeah I’ve forgotten your salad. (All I ordered was salad and breadsticks) I’ll go back and get it but idk when I’ll be able to bring it back. Mind you my salad is my whole dinner. Breadsticks are for my son.( who won’t even eat them because they FORGOT the garlic sauce AGAIN!. ) When I call then manager, and ask for my money back, for the salad and say don’t worry about it. He reply’s with, I can’t give refunds and this is what I get 45 mins later??? A POUNDING ON MY DOOR and my salad THROWN on my porch upside down. As soon as I opened, and I see my delivery driver running down my stairs after throwing my salad, I’ve had enough of this place. This kinda service is unexceptional and I’m never the kind to complain but really I spent $30 for this?? BURNT BREAD AND A THROWN, HOT SALAD!?! RUDEST DELIVERY DRIVER IVE EVER...

We used to go to HH all the time for take-out. However, they repeatedly screwed up our order. This last time, I ordered my USUAL (what i order every blasted time), large, thin crust, with sausage and pineapple, and ordered a second for my sister with pepperoni and banana peppers When i picked up the pizza, exhausted, I failed to check it. I got home, i discovered both pizzas had banana peppers, and i HATE peppers on pizza. I can't eat it at all, because the smell and taste permeate the entire pie. I called the store, and was informed I could get a $5 coupon towards another purchase, or they could make a new pie...which I could then pick up. The manager refused to either refund my money ($5 obviously wasn't the value of the pie i was going to have to throw away), or deliver a new pie for free. If I got a new pizza, i'd either have to pick it up, or pay a $3 delivery fee. When I insisted it should be delivered for free, the manager said "well, I have to pay the driver." yes YOU have to pay the driver, not ME. I am not the one who screwed...

I’ve been unhappy with my last three experiences from here! A month ago, I ordered an Italian sub and it came without tomato, lettuce or sub sauce. A few weeks ago, we ordered pizza with garlic crust and it arrived as plain crust. And last night I placed an online order at 4:30p to be delivered at 6:30p and it was 40min late & looked like the pizza had been sitting out. I also received several calls and texts from a DoorDash worker even though I placed the order through Hungry Howies online and it was delivered by a Hungry Howies driver. We usually choose Hungry Howies because of their good deals, but are probably done after this...
