The basis for my score is because of obscure pricing their advertisements and marketing leaves out. You go in expecting to pay one price and discover it's much higher.

OMG!! I have been dealing with pop ups for months and no matter who help I had help me, I STILL had ads. Those ads would shutdown whatever I was doing so I would have to go back into wherever I was at. Made me think that my phone must have so kind of virus or something. Overpriced an bait and switch tactics. The employees are apparently trained to price gouge. Only when I told them I would go online to buy did they actually give me the advertised price. They wanted $28 dollars for a single screen protector that a 3 pack of costs $10 on ebay and $45 for a case.
