The best catfish and fried pickles I have ever had! The catfish was super juicy and flavorful and was a real big piece to boot! I tend to be very judgmental about fried pickles because most places, they tend to become soggy and slimy. However, I ate them after getting home and they were super hot and still crispy and I was in love! Only thing to make it better would be some house made ranch if it could ever be added to the menu! The owners are super friendly and double checked to make sure I got precisely what I wanted and paid for. Prices are very fair for what you get and delicious to boot! The generator that allows the truck to run is quite noisy making it harder to order and communicate but that's really the only downfall which isn't that big of a deal. If you’re in Alliance and looking for a great place to eat, check out Tee Young’s Sea Food-N-Eat Truck. I just discovered this hidden gem, recently, and everything I’ve tried there is AMAZING!!! On Thursday, at her N. Union Ave location, I stopped by to try her Special of the Day…Shrimp and Grits. My hairdresser, Cheryl, told me that it was awesome, but I had never even heard of grits with shrimp before, so I must admit that I was a bit skeptical! Well…I wasn’t disappointed…It was TOTALLY AWESOME! I’ve also, tried her fish and beef tacos and they are the best I’ve ever eaten. We plan to stop by today, while she’s at Grove’s Parking Lot, to try some of her Catfish and Swai Fish dinners and I’m hoping for a “Tee” Smashburger real soon! YUM! Thanks...

Tee and her team did an amazing job cooking up An array of Tacos (fish, shrimp, beef & chicken) and catfish sandwiches for our Chiropractic group! Everyone loved LOVED, loved the food! It was delicious and made to order! We couldn’t be happier with the quality, the service ,and the friendliness of Tee and her team! Will be calling them again for future events and would highly recommend for anyone to do the same. They made it work for our group of 25 with 2 days advance notice!! Top notch Service!!!...
