Advanced reservation is needed. Purchase when you arrive. There's parking beside/behind the location for free. There is a gift shop that's very creative and matches the theme. We took a family birthday trip for their comedy tour, which I highly recommend. There's a ton of stairs, and not many places to rest, so if you're handicapped I wouldn't recommend it. Bring a fully charged phone because there's a lot to see and so many selfies to create. The store looks small, but there's so very many rooms to see that one wonders how there's still more space. The artistic creativity is absolutely worth seeing in person. There's way too much to really get a picture of all of them. There's modern trolls and traditional toys that are from my childhood. There's a special room that is filled with troll treasure and trolls from around the world. I specifically loved the rock wall trolls. It looks like a lifetime of creation, with only more creative displays to come. They said a wedding is scheduled to be there soon. Providing a unique perspective on what we know about trolls in other fairytale and creatures period the connections they have with one another, as well as with people on our side of the veil upon entering you are bombarded in the best possible way with every shape size and colour of troll, the lady behind the desk is Magically serene and stoic in a serial way, she exudes a calming and soothing presence all while delivering information in a real way about things today are only found in the fantasy world which provides this specific location and error of commonality between this dimension in the next, the other locations that the trial hole is associated with our just as an even more so Interesting and intriguing as this one I absolutely love this place I recommend it to everybody.
